Burger King

This place is poorly managed. No customers and standing at the counter waiting to be waited on. Then customers come in behind me and the cashier walks up and asks them how can she help them. Helllloooo! I’ve been standing here more than 5 mins

I feel stupid reviewing a fast food chain. But I’ve been to this BK literally 23 times and every time they forget to give me the condiments that I ask for, and pay for. Shit! Get it together. If you hate your job, quit. It’s not that hard.

Ok I pull up to the speaker to place my order and the order taker is outside smoking a cig, she runs in the building while taking my order and I know she didn’t wash her hands… She ask me to repeat my order twice and then I pull up to the window and she looks at me with a dumb found look and expect me to know the total to 2 orders then takes my money and just throws the bag out the window like my order was correct. Look in my bag and my food is throwed in it like it’s trash. Cold onion rings and cold fries. So I pull up for fresh fries and onion rings. Go in and the manger and other employee uniforms are nasty. Then she only gives me one fry. Overall the place is nasty and the employees are unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone to eat there. Everytime my food is old and not correct

Totally disappointed in Burger King. They have hh back on the sizes of their burgers. They used to be 6 oz patties now they are 4 oz. I only got a 3 bite burger for $ 7.59. Code me more for a burger here than at Logan’s Roadhouse across the street.

Awful. I work within walking distance from here so when the traffic in Cool Springs is at its worst we used to go to BK because it is so close. We don’t make that mistake anymore, my co-​workers and I avoid it at all cost. For being a fast food place there’s nothing fast about the service (both inside and out — I’m talking 20 minute wait times, no joke), the employees are rude and you are extremely lucky if the food you get is correct.

I am not a huge fan of fast food chains but every now and then I enjoy having the original chicken sandwich here. But the best deal is the $ 0.50 soft serve ice cream cone special they are running this summer.
With me being laid off, we have had more fast food adventures lately using coupons so I have been observing them and comparing. Burger King is still better than most of the rest. However, like almost all fast food places I have been in, staff can be standing around and you can be the only person in the dining area and all the tables will be dirty, spills all over the beverage area and such.

This has to be one of the worst BK’s I’ve ever been to. The place is always a mess around lunchtime. Today there weren’t any clean tables, the ketchup dispenser was empty, and all of the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. The drink area was a mess — straw wrappers and empty ketchup cups all over the counter. The only reason they got 2 stars is due to the employees being friendly. The manager needs to hire an extra employee at lunch to take care of the front of the restaurant. I won’t go back.

I’m not a Burger King fan in general (I don’t like their fries) but my parents like Whopper Jrs. and I have to say, it was a-​ok. We used the drive thru, so I can’t comment on the inside, but the drive-​thru was all that I expect from a drive-​thru… easy to read menu sign, easy to understand voice-​box, correct change given, prompt delivery of food, etc.
