Leks is awesome! And the method is sound. I really enjoy the small group personal training. It’s more like a support group! I like that we start on time and end on time. And the workouts are effective no matter your fitness level. I thought it would get easier. But Leks always pushes you and expects each individual to perform at their personal best, so it never gets easier! Word of advice: Do not come in the morning on an empty stomach! She is serious about this. You will get benched. And if you lie and say you ate, everyone will know you lied because you will be the one laying in the floor! Love it! P. S. I don’t know how else to say it, but it’s not«bootcampy» yet you will leave completely physically exhausted.
