At some point I’ll write something indepth. I really changed my mind. They are doing a great job! The Almond Joy crêpe is more than it sounds, great presentation!

The pregnant wife had a craving for ice cream. We tried all the ice cream shops, dq etc… Figured we’d try something new. To our(her) delight a combination of crepes and ice cream hit the spot and has now become her favorite spot for desert. Delicious, friendly, and affordable. Couldn’t ask for more. Keep up the great work.

When they opened the owner promised to be conscious of nut allergies. That is not that case. They are mixing the spoons and cross contaminating the icecream containers. Too bad they can’t take a little of extra precaution to accommodate nut allergies, by simply keeping those spoons separate.

The Cool Cow has become our go to spot with the kids for amazing crepes. Their nutella, banana and whip cream on top is like no other. However All their signature crapes are delish! I’ve read a bad review on here and the person ordered syrup on a crape ewww. If you don’t know what to order get a signature crape, you won’t be disappointed. It’s family owned which I love and service is amazing, I’ve been here dozens of times and they are always on point. I give them 10 starts! If you haven’t tried them yet it’s a must!

I had written a review on their facebook page where there were quite a few other disappointed reviewers, but sadly they were removed by the business and you can no longer leave a review. My review went basically as follows. There seems to be some very poor business ethics in place. The first is the attitude customers are met with when airing a grievance. The first two times I went, the shop was very nice, clean and new, but the crêpe machine was down. The third time we got 2 crepes and a small cup of ice cream. The small ice cream was wrong, but they did quickly fix it. Their«post it» ordering system for the crepes has some flaws as my order was accidentally skipped over for the person behind me. The crepes were chewy and not what my husband and I had hoped for, but with all the sweet toppings they were tasty otherwise. For a speciality shop the prices were as expected, but the ice cream quality didn’t match. The last thing that did not sit well was the sign that they will stop serving crepes at 8:30 despite hours until 10 pm. When the owner was questioned his excuse was that it takes time to cool the machine and he has a family to go home to. Now while risking sounding totally callus, you opened a business, that takes sacrifice! If you want success you need to work hard, accept criticism graciously, and serve a quality product at a fair price. If getting home early is more important than satisfied customers, stick with a regular 9 – 5.

Found this place on Unilocal while driving through the area. Décor is crisp, modern and bright. Waitstaff very friendly and fast. I had the Elvis Presley Crêpe(oh yeah, GLUTEN-FREE crêpe). Holy… cow!!! Just phenomenal and filling. I’ll be back.

Finally got the chance to try this place! Every time I have driven by in the evenings they were packed and I didn’t feel like waiting. We ordered 2 of the same item, a crêpe with mint chocolate chip ice cream, caramel, and whipped cream. Come hungry because the crepes are huge and they are generous with the ice cream. Both women working were very friendly and helpful. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. They said they are looking to start serving savory crepes and soup which will be perfect for the fall. As I was there a gentleman came in who looked to be the owner or someone in charge. He jumped right into wait on people after first taking time to explain how the video game worked to a young boy which was very cute. I definitely plan to return. My only suggestion would be if they do move to savory crepes too they may want to get more crêpe makers. They take time to make and long lines will lose them customers. I really wish them well as they serve a quality product at reasonable prices, have very friendly and helpful staff, and it is great to have something different in the area!

I’ve been here 3 times since they opened and two of the times no crepes, I was very disappointed. I will say if you can get a crêpe it’s worth it, and the ice cream is defiantly better the DQ but the staff isn’t worth dealing with at least for me if the staff is not so friendly and they get orders wrong often then I rather go somewhere else!

Wanted dessert, and to also try something different. So we went to «Cool Cows». Very good crepes and ice cream. Great to see something different in the area. Great customer service as well. Was chatting with the owner a little while he finished making our crepes.

I would pass by this place multiple times in a week and couldn’t wait for it to open. It finally opened and I can’t express how much I love it. They have amazing crepes, ice cream & customer service. They’re very friendly and family ran. There crepes are extremely filling so be hungry! They have many different kinds as well. They also have amazing icecream and are not stingy with their servings. I would recommend this awesome place to everyone and anyone. I will continue being a repeat customer :)

Went there at 9:15 tonight– stood around for 10 minutes while 6 people behind the counter stood and waited on ONE person in front of me. Handed her a crêpe, and as I stepped up finally to order and I was told that they stop serving crepes at 8:30??? I left, and called to express my irritation at being told that, when obviously the were still«serving» crepes at 9:15 and got a snippy«oh well» attitude. Oh well, we’ll go elsewhere, and see how far you get over the non-ice cream season– oh well… A. Why stop serving your main attraction an hour before you close? B. Why let customers stand around for over 10 minutes before addressing them? Does it take 6 people to chat and talk to 1 customer at an ice cream counter??? I have gotten crepes on both sides of the ocean and they take about 3 minutes to make– they crank them out at Minado at the rate of about 1 every minute and a half… so good luck folks!

I just went here with my son and friend, and let me say the cashier here is absolutely terrible. She was extremely rude to both my friend and I, to the point that I won’t be returning! My friend simply asked if there was a $ 10 minimum for credit cards and the cashier said it was ‘suggested’. So my friend asked, ‘So I don’t need to spend $ 10?’ The cashier responded very rudely, ‘The ATM is over there.’(With a bunch of eye rolling thrown in). When I asked what was in a specific crêpe the cashier rolled her eyes(again!) And pointed to a list of crepes on the counter that I hadn’t noticed and said, ‘They’re all right here,’ with an attitude the size of Alaska. The crepes were alright, the ice cream was sub-par. Overall, not a very good experience. If you don’t mind terrible customer service as soon as you walk in then go here, otherwise go elsewhere. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.(Pun intended)

The Cool Cow just opened Saturday August 22Nd. It is just 10 minutes away from the Crystal Springs Resort. I went to try it out and was awed by how well this first time enterprise was set up. I ordered a «Very Berry Crêpe» topped with Black Raspberry ice cream. It was out of this world delicious. I cannot wait to taste the other seven crêpe combinations on the menu, and to also customize my own dessert creations. I highly recommend that my friends, my family, and everyone else try the Cool Cow crepes for dessert.
