I really enjoy all of their unique flavors, but the vanilla soft serve is my favorite! I have never has anything so good! Usually at Dairy Queen I have to cover it in a topping for flavor, not here!

This place has absolutely delicious ice cream. They have amazing flavors and excellent service. I then chose them to do my wedding and it was wonderful. They were on time, service was wonderful, and the owner was beyond fantastic and went above and beyond. I can’t recommend this place more. Ten stars if I could! :)

This place needs a manager. Went there last night for ice cream with my husband and my dog. Ordered vanilla. (for dog) orange sherbet, and Banana Fudge (from the flavor board). When I got my banana «fudge» it looked strange. and when I tasted it. it was banana PEANUT BUTTER. Glad I am not allergic to peanuts! When I told the soda jerk that this was not the flavor I ordered. he laughed and said «yea.I guess we need to change the sign. We don’t have banana fudge». Did not offer to change it. and then another employee laughed too. I will not be back. Threw my ice cream in the garbage and went to dairy queen. I don’t like banana and peanut butter together. I did taste it. and aside from the flavor not being to my liking. it was a little icy. Not good ice cream OR customer service. And they have the nerve to only take cash.

Fresh creamy and delicious! Service was nice and every flavor I tasted was amazing. Don’t miss the graham cracker flavor and cherry cheesecake ice creams. They’re in first place for my favorites. It is slightly overwhelming because the menu on the wall is so busy. But go in and ask to try some flavors. You’ll soon be a regular customer. They have some grab and go pre packed ice cream too and their cakes also looked great.

My favorite place for homemade ice cream. They have such unique flavors and are always friendly! Don’t forget: they are cash ONLY or local check but luckily, there’s an ATM there! Oh yeah, they also have a great selection for those who eat sugar free ice cream. :)

Great ice cream, and one of the only 12 month ice cream places around these parts.
Always count on them for having a neat flavor or two in the cooler — last time was Graham Central Station. Very good, well blended milkshakes and they can make egg creams right too.
The ice cream pies look fantastic. Need to come up with an occasion for one so I can take the ride over to get one.
In the warmer months, there are some cool big boulders for the kiddos to climb on on the safe side of the parking lot. Gets them to burn off a little sugar before piling back into the car.

Cute roadside ice cream shop with homemade ice cream. I got the Graham Central Station and Twisted Oreo and they were both delicious. My boyfriend got a Twisted Oreo shake and loved it. Definitely worth a stop if you drive by! They have cakes and other frosty treats as well.

My friend and I saw this location as we were driving to Grand Cascades Resort which was only a couple miles away. From the road it looked like it had a homey and welcoming feel and it also didn’t help that we. love. ice cream.
As we were leaving New Jersey to return to Boston, we had to make a pit stop at 11 am into Dairy Swirl and it was the best decision we made all day! When we walked in a very nice man behind the counter welcomed us with 2 rather large spoonfuls of their seasonal Gingerbread Man and Carrot Cake ice cream to sample. It was divine! It was creamy, home-made, fresh with chunks of gingerbread and real shreds of carrot. The man also let us sample other various delicious ice creams but he sold us on the samples. We both got two large cones, one of the Gingerbread Man and one Carrot Cake and they were HUGE.
We left happy, smiling, with the slight feeling of nostalgia as if we were kids. We would love to go back again.

Dairy Swirl is a great joint, be sure to try the house made specials. My favorite is the occasional seasonal Limoncello with candied lemon peel.
When in doubt, get the Sunday of the week and climb up on the gentle rock cliff by the parkinglot to enjoy summer to the fullest.
They’ll do custom iced cream cakes with just about any iced cream in the place… call ahead and go wild!

Dairy Swirl has the best ice cream in all of Sussex County. Everything is home made, the prices are great, and it’s locally owned. The staff is good with big groups (kids teams) and always gets the order right.
Honestly, the best part of their ice cream and frozen yogurt is that it tastes fresh, pure and doesn’t have the chemical taste of the big chains. Once you taste it, you’ll understand.
Dairy Swirl is a perfect example of uniqueness of Sussex County and shows that there are good parts of New Jersey.
