I’ve used cosmetic surgery offices in three states, and there hasn’t been one better than this. I had a ruptured breast implant and needed to see a doctor to get them replaced as soon as possible. I got in to see the doctor in a day or two, and they found me a cancellation at the surgery center within ten days. The implant that failed was saline and about 10 years old. Dr. Pappion removed both implants and replaced them with absolutely beautiful silicone implants. I had questions and reservations about changing from saline to silicone, but at his strong recommendation (but not instance), it was the best choice. I’m so completely pleased with how great they look which is definitely better than I looked after the first surgery ten years ago. Follow up appointments were easy to schedule, little wait time in the office and back on my way! Everyone I encountered in the office was very nice, and I found the Cool Springs Surgery Center staff professional, reassuring and comforting before having a procedure. I would return here for any future needs.

Haley is a goddess. The goddess of making my face look awesome. If you want injections, she’s the one for you. I just moved here from NYC so I was a little hesitant in my search for someone in Nashville. But I got so lucky on my first try. She’s gentle, picky, honest, and just plain talented. Black magic is evolved i think. Go see this sorceress, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to Cool Springs Plastic Surgery (mallory lane location) for skin resurfacing and filler treatment. I have been treated by Haley the NP on several occasions. She is absolutely fantastic! Having been to numerous dermatologists and surgeons in the field I have never met someone so balanced with interpersonal skills as well as medical knowledge and technical skill. She is an absolute professional and can’t say enough great things!
The entire staff from when you walk in the door is also very welcoming and kind. It’s easy to feel out of place in the area of dermatology and cosmetics as a male at other offices, but they make you feel right at home and you get the feeling all of the patients are just as satisfied. Can’t wait to go back!
