I moved to Franklin from Maine and needed a place to store things for work. I called several places to get quotes and see what was available. Not only did Cool Springs Storage not answer their phone or return voicemails (and if they did it was very delayed), they actually HUNG UP on me when I called back. This was after I had had a conversation with one of their employees who told me we could handle everything over the phone and that he would call me back. I’ve never been so angry about customer service in my life. Absolutely terrible customer service and I would never recommend them to any one. Mallory Station Storage and Secure Storage of Cool Springs are the places to go if you need something in that area.

This place is a joke. Mold growing all over our belongings inside our unit. Most units look old and rusted. Needless to say, we left!

Their prices are reasonable. I ended up moving out as their bookkeeping leaves a lot to be desired. They would send me late notices even though I paid like clockwork. I just don’t need the hassle. Their property is also muddy and sort of unkept unlike where I took my business to.
