Culver’s

We have lived near this Culvers for five years and have always had great customer service. It is a younger group of kids working overall, but present themselves well. They have a great range of flavors and always have a well stocked freezer with pints to buy.

Nope.
My wife was craving fried fish and I was craving custard, so we met halfway and decided to have Culver’s. I checked the closest locations for a flavor of the day I wanted to try and found out that this Culver’s had a flavor I’ve been wanting to try– Hershey Almond Fudge.
First, let me start off by saying, if you can’t eat more than two king size candy bars in one sitting, do not order any candy bar-​related custards from Culver’s. This Hershey Almond Fudge had so many Hershey bars in there I barely tasted the custard. I had an almost identical experience with their Snicker Swirl a few months back.
I did the drive thru thing so I had a chance to make it home while the food was still warm and they screwed up everything except the custard. I ordered a fish dinner, and something felt awkward about the order. The price was about right, so I paid and waited for my food. She hands me a bag and I drive off thinking it’s too light. I look into the bag and see a fish sandwich and two sides. Not good. My wife definitely wanted straight up fish, not a sandwich. I run through the drive thru again, tell the lady I got the wrong order, and she said «Did you want the two piece or something» to which I just said «Yes». Then I pulled around, and she asked if I wanted the sandwich and an extra piece, unto which I said no because I knew my wife definitely didn’t want a sandwich. I will give them points for having a «customer is always right» policy. She took my bag and said that they would throw the fish on right away.
But I waited and waited and finished my custard and waited some more. I finally got my food and before I left I checked to make sure everything was correct, and I looked at two very small pieces of fish. We’ve had fish dinners here a bunch and never had pieces that small. I also had a French fry to see if they were still warm and I bit into a lukewarm fry. You guys couldn’t put my fries under a heating lamp at least while I was waiting?

Consistent and friendly. The one time out of like 30 – 40 times they screwed up my order, they put it right as soon as they could with a coupon for the extra time.

Consistently delicious food and custard. The pumpkin pecan concrete mixer is so good. This location is very quiet.
