Whoa, somewhere around Nashville offers a descent public transportation system!?! The Franklin Trolley is adorable, clean, reasonably priced, and keeps fairly well to their schedule. What more could you ask for from public transportation in an area heavily lacking a good transit system. For a standard adult $ 1 per ride, with all day passes available, the Trolley covers a fairly large area and offers a tremendous amount of convenience. There is even a Transit On DemanD (TODD) service that will pick you up and drop you off somewhere not on their predetermined routes. Kudos to another great service that is dramatically underrepresented in the Nashville area.
