Gateway Tire & Service Center

This place is by far the best place to buy & service your car’s tires in the middle TN area. I have bought tires for my car for the last 3 sets from this place and they always have the best prices + consult you on which brands would be best for your car based on use, etc. FREE rotations and inspections for tires purchased with them! Who can beat that! They never gouge you on price. I have gone in before with a nail in my tire, absolutely NO COST to have the tire inspected & patched (after the service guys at the dealership wanted me to buy a new replacement tire from them). You must visit this wonderful business!

This was my second time Gateway and both times I have been blown away by the quality of work, fair pricing and customer service. Today I experienced a small misunderstanding but they went above and beyond to remedy it. I have used them for tires, brakes and oil changes. This will now be our go to service center!

What? Only 5 stars? Gateway deserves WAY more stars than that. :) We have taken our cars to Gateway for years. They are, bar none, the BEST auto repair center in the Franklin/​Cool Springs area. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous (no honey this or honey that). They only do work that’s needed (once we took a car in for a problem we thought the car had and they said it was fine and no need to fix it!!) and they charge a fair price. We will go to Gateway until we are no longer driving!

Took my van in for a starting problem. They had it fixed in two days for under $ 300.00. They kept me up to date on the progress and I know they had the opportunity to lie to me and sell me what I didnt need and they didnt. I got a quote for some tires and they beat everyone elses prices by about ten dollars per tire including road hazard, lifetime balance and rotation. I have had bad luck with mechanics around here but I think I found a place I can trust.

I can always count on honest service, good selection, and a speedy fix at Gateway Tire. I have brought several different cars and trucks there over the years, and they have always been good to me.
I took a Toyota 4-​Runner in there, expecting to have to buy a new tire, and they fixed it for me, told me there was no need to replace it, and gave it back to me within 30 minutes, free of charge.
I took my car, which I have a difficult time finding tires for, and they had more than one for me to choose from. They didn’t, like most other tire places, have to fetch tires from somewhere else. The whole process was much simpler than usual.
I have heard similar testimonies from a number of friends, family, and acquaintances, who all agree this is the best place for tires in the area.
