This particular Goodwill is not as good as other ones I have been to. I don’t know if it is because it’s tucked behind another store or if it’s just the location in general but they don’t usually have good items and their prices here are a bit higher than other Goodwills. It is still nice to come here every once in a while to look around.

I have made many trips to this Goodwill location. There are times that I have scored some great finds(Calvin Klein jeans for $ 7.99, for example). Other times, I haven’t found much of anything. I like Goodwill’s prices and their mission. My main issues with this location are the parking lot(way too small for the amount of foot traffic this place gets) and the aisles in the store itself. They are very cramped and need to be spaced out more. Despite those issues, I will still make a trip in here from time to time.

Like with any thrift store, shopping here is a crap shoot. Some days you’ll find a dozen«gotta have» items and some days you won’t find a one! I’ve always received great service here. They could use more parking spaces! 61÷2014÷65

I like some Goodwill stores, but I have a beef with this one. First, I can never seem to find any good thrift store finds at this location. Kenosha store, on the other hand, always! So(my bad), I accidentally dropped off some items that weren’t supposed to go to Goodwill. I called right away and an employee filled out a form that identified the items so they could look for them. Happens more often than you think, according to the employee. The problem was that I couldn’t get anyone to follow up with me. By the time I was successful(two weeks later!), I was told that, oops, my items had been distributed between several of 52 stores! Too bad so sad! I realize my error started this problem, but I can’t help thinking if their follow up had been immediate after my phone call that I would have gotten my items back. I’ll do my thrift store shopping elsewhere from now on, thanks!

Last week I found a brand new Coldwater Creek dress with original tags @$ 79.95 for $ 6.99. I am thrilled! Last year I found a beautiful woman’s bike for under $ 20.00. GW is a win-win-my purchases help someone get a job; my donations do the same… it is a wonderful way to recycle. Why are the other«raters» so crabby?

I usually really like shopping st thrift and second hand stores. But some of our local GW stores have really lost their quality. AND…when I had a large donation to make, that was to large to for me to drop off they don’t pick items up. SO I gave a very large donation to another group!
