This hobby lobby is HUGE! There is always something on sale plus they will send coupons to your phone. Wide selection of craft supplies and home décor. Friendly staff and the store is clean.

Waited almost 30 minutes to check out, then when i get home find they didn’t bag half my things so i called and they said they had it. Went the next day to get it and the girl only looked one place and told me they didn’t have it and to just go find my stuff again. They didn’t have a couple things i bought on the shelf and nobody wanted to help me. Left the store with no refund and none of my other purchased merchandise. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER go back.

It’s already common knowledge that Hobby Lobby has the widest selection of craft supplies, so I’d like to base my review solely on my customer service experience.
I came in with an old gift card that I foolishly thought contained far more credit than it actually had. After selecting about $ 70 worth of merchandise over what I was prepared to pay for, I found myself in a highly uncomfortable and embarrassing situation at the register. It took nearly 15 painful minutes to cancel the transaction, fish out the items I had to let go of and then reapply coupons and redo the transaction.
The cashier who helped me, Patricia, was incredibly kind and understanding. She never stopped smiling and assuring me there was nothing to apologize for. Her generosity and patience turned what could have been an awful and awkward situation into a pleasant, light-​hearted one. Thank you for hiring such genuine people, Hobby Lobby!

You need fabric? They have it. Fake flowers? Yep. Picture frames, yarn, crafty stuff for kids? Yes, yes and yes.
Have a list when you come in here, because you will very easily and very quickly get distracted by all the beads and baubles and whozits and whatzits in every aisle.
Probably a good idea to leave the credit cards at home too.
