HoneyBaked Ham

I personally love The Honeybaked Ham company. I read some of the other reviews and I can say I’ve never had the same issues with food or the customer service. I love getting just a ham sandwich and KC is great, so nice and accommodative!

Most poorly run holiday order process ever! They allowed people to all get in same line. Then started calling for people with confirmation codes. No separately marked line. Only 2 people helping those without confirmation code. Stood there 15 minutes. Left without ham. Would have been there an hour. Life is short so why wait. Ridiculous!

Entertainment Book that raises profits for schools, etc. They put out a coupon. The SPECIFICALLY noted this location was a place it could be redeemed. Yet, just because the employee wasn’t allowed to scan it on the register — it is worthless. One, why do you put a coupon out that you don’t honor. Two. Why don’t your give your employees the ability to use a little bit of customer service and realize that something has gone wrong with the process. Overpriced as it is — AND dishonest? Bad combo. By the way, the fellow at the counter was polite. His hands were just tied.

I had a terrible experience the first (and so far last) time I went to the honey baked ham. They were out of so much stuff I couldn’t even get the first two things I wanted. I got a really basic ham sandwich, and was not at all impressed with the flavor of the ham. The stuff I get at Kroger is better. My friends were raving about their pimento cheese, so I would be curious to try that if I ever had to go back. Service was unbearably slow, I think they were understaffed, they had one person at the register and the SLOWEST PERSON EVER making the sandwiches, they both needed a serious lesson in multitasking. At the end of lunch my lunch group wanted to get a free refill (the drink machine is behind the counter so you can’t help yourself… always seems cheap to me). Anyway by this point there was one guy taking orders and making sandwiches, I don’t know how many times my coworker said, hello all we want is a refill, took him 15 min to finally take ONE MINUTE to stop and refill their drinks, multitask buddy! MULTITASK!

I recently had to order boxed lunches for a function at work. Their staff was very helpful and the food was ready when I got there to pick it up (they have delivery too). So easy!

Food is great. Service has been good.
