Jeffrey Morrill has been the finest eye care specialist for not only myself, but my family as well. He helped save /prevented any loss of sight in one of my sons eyes after a baseball incident, and does a great job with thorough eye exams. Through contacts, glasses, laser, I have received nothing but the best advice and care. Jeff also has the knowledge and compassion to keep folks calm in situations that need a firm but caring discussion when it comes to eye issues. Over 25 years with Jeffrey’s practice, never was there a staff person that was anything other than kind, efficient, and helpful. Daryll, Westborough, Ma

Dr. Pfeifer is wonderful and is great eye doctor. Dr. Morrill and some of the staff can be quite rude!

I found this place not helpful at all for children. My son has a lazy eye, which is a very serious problem, my ins. only covers 1 visit per year & they did NOTHING but give me the name of someone else who«works with children» when they advertise as doing that. I filed a complaint & was told how«outrageous» & she’d «never seen anything like it» by one of their receptionists, rude, condescending, how«I certainly could go elsewhere» & they are«an anchor» that recommends treatment elsewhere? First of all, I have a right to tell the truth as I see it wherever & however I want, I don’t need permission or approval from anyone. This is my childs eyes we’re talking about. And«an anchor»? evidently she’s not aware of what the definition of opthamologist is. Just absolutely ridiculous, hassle & waste of time.

My entire family and myself had visited and purchased contacts and glasses for many years from this office, doctors and staff had been very nice to us. But some of our recent visits made us think perhaps its time to go somewhere else. There were subtle pressure to agree to additional testings. I normally pay a small additional fee for my contact exam. My last visit was over 100 dollars with my insurance, with additional exam which they strongly recommended. I felt staff got to be a bit aggressive about wanting to book you in for more visits, more tests. One month before Rx expires for contacts, they were pretty reluctant to order more contacts. Time is tough for most people, we want to stretch our dollars as much as possible, Yes it is a law to have your contact exam every year, but this Rx has not changed for past 5 years… It’s hard to explain difference between being kind and helpful to aggressive and being negative it’s one of those things you know it when it happens to you. Is it me or anyone else noticed that, it used to be impossible to get an appointment but now, it’s very easy and the waiting room does not seem so full these days… Oh, by the way they gave me coupons for contact solutions. After a close inspection, they all expired a year ago… LOL Also they really disregard some of those department store/warehouse club eye exam places and doctors. Don’t they also have medical degrees? And there are not that many glass frame manufactures, I am pretty sure they buy lenses and frames from some of the same manufactures.

If there were six stars I would give them all six. The Morrill’s and their staff could not be more accommodating, friendly and professional. I wear contacts and glasses(but not at the same time ha ha) and they do a fantastic job making sure I can always see and look just right! Whether you’re new in town or just searching for new eye doctor I highly recommend this place!
