I have never had a windshield replaced but I am glad I chose this company/​location. They were quick to schedule my appointment and even quicker to arrive at my home and work on my vehicle. The employee working on my SUV was very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend.

I took my 2014 truck to this location because my insurance company listed it as 1 of 2 nearby shops that bill directly. The good: They got me in the next day for an appointment, and the receptionist was friendly. The bad: 1. I was told it would take an hour, and it took an hour and 45 minutes. 2. The technician left his tools in my truck. 3. The technician LEFT A MUDDY FOOTPRINT ON MY LEATHER SEATS. YES, HE STEPPED ON MY LEATHER SEATS. WITH HIS STUPID MUDDY BOOTS. AND IF THAT WASN’T BAD ENOUGH, HE LEFT IT THAT WAY. 4. He didn’t bother to sweep or vacuum the dashboard, leaving it covered in bits and pieces of rubber from the gasket, and dust and what I can only assume was his pet’s fur. There are other places around, so you should use them.

Very satisfied with my new windsheild. I have had safelite and Jn Phillips auto glass both work on my vehicles honestly I think all the places are pretty much the same safelite says they use the special tool that’s calibrated for your specific windsheild I think it’s bull just to charge more! I’m so happy with Jn Phillips there tech Adam did my windshield on my Jeep wrangler he did a perfect job and he was an all around great guy. I have checked my windshield for leaks twice n there is no leaks at all. I highly recommend this company to others!

I stopped in because I was having an issue with my windshield. I didn’t have an appointment or a clue but the technician was very nice and extremely helpful.
I will definitely return to this business and recommend them highly!
