Jimmy John’s

Not freaky fast or good with hygiene. It’s a fast food sub shop so my expectations aren’t that high but this was rough. A girl started taking my order but stopped in the middle, asked someone else to take over, and got tomatoes. I hope she’s the boss because she was bossy. She was rude to the girl who made my sandwich. My sandwich was done and wrapped and the girl making it, not so gracefully, dropped it on the ground. I’m not sure if she thought she was sly but she wasn’t and she nonchalantly put it in the bag. I wouldn’t have said yes but an offer to make a new one would have rectified the situation. At least this location has sprouts, but I won’t be back. I intend to skip the sprouts for better service.

Waited for over an hour for a sandwich. I called twice only to be told it would be out next. You can’t advertise you’re fast and then tell people you’re running an hour or two behind after they order. This is the worst customer service from any Jimmy Johns.

I was not impressed with this location, and as a result will choose to opt going to any of the others. I did not receive my order until an hour and a half later. When I called to inquire about the whereabouts of my order in a polite manner, I was rudely cut off by one of the team members. After receiving my order and tasting the sandwich I thought to myself «an hour an a half for this?» All I ordered was an 8 inch sub. Several people are always asking me for suggestions on great places to eat in the area and I will not recommend this place. I am certainly a disappointed customer.

Terrible employees. These people are rude. And dumb. And rude. And the food is crap. the general vibe of the corporation is terrible and the CEO is a prick. really nothing to like about this place. the food is TERRIBLE

Delicious sandwiches and VERY fresh! (suggestion: Could you offer to have your sandwiches heated?) Only complaint about the physical location is that the last two times I have eaten inside the restaurant, it feels like a meat locker! And I am a 54-​yr old female and it takes a LOT to get me cold! A pleasant temperature inside would make a much nicer lunch date, let me tell you! But I LOVE your food!

Shocked! We live less than a half a mile out of their 1 mile delivery area. Whatever happen to «going the extra mile» for your customers?

I’ve been a fan of Jimmy John’s since my college days so if I had to run out of the house and forgot my lunch I’ll give them a call for lunch, one of my go to’s. They are known for being fast delivery…“freakishly fast”.right?!? Well myself and my coworker waited for over an hour and a half for one sandwich and a combo meal. Since they put a lbs of mayo on every sandwich and I’m not a big fan of mayo I asked for no mayo and it definitely came with mayo. Overall, I wasn’t pleased with a typical staple of mine, but could’ve been the location. Won’t be returning.

I ordered from this location 1 – 2 times a week for the last year. In the last 3 months I’ve ordered 3 times, twice about 3 months ago, and for the very last time today. Before it was great, these last 3 horrible. Two soggy sandwiches which I had to toss, then today, half raw bacon, which they tell me is pre-​cooked before get it. I lodged a complaint after this 3^rd time as I’m not a complainer. I sucked it up and lost the $ 22 from the other sandwiches, took the bacon off today and microwaved it myself. I got a sorry email from their corporate and that they would let the owner know… nothing else. I don’t know if the staff changed or what, but will not order again with such quality places like Jasons deli, Newks, Which wich, and more in the surrounding area that deliver. No wonder our company never has them cater there. You lost me forever with not backing up your product. The 2 stars is for what you used to be, otherwise you would be a one, if these were my only experiences.

Had our first subs here, and I was plesently surprised how good, fast, and fresh it was. Place was a little loud to really enjoy being there. Best part was that my little girl loved her sub, and believe m she is hard to please. Gave 4 stars because the bred was a little hard.

Ordered on-​line at 11:50am, called at 12:45pm and was advised they were running «a little behind» due to the weather. It would have been great to be informed of that when they sent me a confirmation email. The guy that answered the phone could have cared less. told me I could go pick it up myself. I let him know that the other nurse and I couldn’t leave that’s why we asked for delivery. He told me it would be another 30 minutes. 1:50pm still no food. Called store again and they said food was already sent out. So much for their «freaky fast delivery»!!

Yummy! Fresh bread, meats and cheeses. Oh yeah… the veggies too. Had a # 9 Italian combo. It was absolutely delicious… mighty tasty. The sandwich had a good almost-​old-​school-​deli-​quality-​flavor-​texture about it. Far better than Subway. I went to this location because I wanted out of the rush of Franklin and Old Hickory… and this was our choice for a lunch stop. It was a good choice for sure. Anytime I am in that part of town and I want a good sandwich… I will go here!

My personal favorite is the Bootlegger with peppers. I highly recommend it!

So many options for lunch sandwiches, tried JJ today. Service was ok, nothing but average. My chicken philly was not good, like eating a salt lick on bread. For my $ 7 (sandwich only) I’ll go try another spot next time.

We love the food, but were a little put off that their delivery area is so small. We live no more than three miles from their location and we were told it was «out of their delivery zone». My husband asked what the limit was and we discovered that it’s one mile or less from the store. Again, we love the food… maybe they should make that the focus of their commercials rather than their fast delivery.

I love this spot. Jimmy John’s is my go-​to when my wife and I are both working late. She sprints home to make sure that our Doberman doesn’t poo everywhere in the house and I head to JJs to pick up some food.
I mix it up and get different things, but my wife sticks with the Italian on wheat bread. That bread is really good. As advertised, the sandwiches come out fast. I usually get there around 7:30 to 8:00 and there is rarely a line. It’s quick.
One time, they let me take home like 6 loaves of their bread. If you go before closing, you may get a similar treat.
If you’re in a rush, but want a good sandwich at a reasonable price, this is your spot. I would rank them ahead of Jersey Mikes and Lenny’s (which are both very good too).

I have to give this Jimmy John’s 5 stars because yes I like their sandwiches but their service and friendliness at this location is what wins me over. They are fast and the music is pumping along in there. I appreciate that they make ordering a lunch such a simple thing a real pleasure… Even if I’m grumpy when I leave the office after they smile and give me food I’m a happy little camper…

Besides the fact they deliver for only a quarter, besides the fact that — yes, for them to make your sandwich, it can literally be less than a minute — besides the fact that their bread is really good, their deli meets are really tasty, and their vegetables are always fresh, Jimmy Johns is a winner in my book because of the people who work there.
Case in point: Last night, we had to grab a late dinner. Late, in this case, being 9pm. At that point we’d thought they’d be closed for the evening, but they welcomed me in and took my order. Curious, I asked when they close. I was told they used to close at 9pm, but since they had so many customers come right at 9pm that they would then turn away, they decided to extend their time until 9:10pm (without announcing it). That way, when people try to get there at the last minute, they actually have 10 extra minutes to get there — and truthfully, while I was there, 3 more orders came in after 9:10 and they still took them.
I felt bad, because it can’t be fun to be moments away from getting to close up and go home, and suddenly have to hold off on cleaning while you make more sandwiches — but they all had such a great attitude and brushed off my apologies.
So you may think of it as «just a sandwich place» but ask yourself how many sandwich places would go that extra distance just to satisfy not only their customer’s stomachs, but their hearts too?

One of my fave spots! The Italian Nite club… Man oh man… The tuna is great too… Yummy bread and pretty fast service!!! Jimmy Johns ROCKS!!!

Good, thick, meaty sandwich. Nothing to write home about, but better than Subway…
on second thought, I like that at Subway, I’m asked what I want throughout the process. I’m a meat and cheese only kind of guy. I dont want a salad with my sandwich. Ordered a gargantuan and before I knew it, the dude was halfway through with the sandwich before I could tell em I didn’t want any veggies.
Bottom Line: Order EXACTLY what you want at the time of ordering because they wont ask. You CAN get your sandwich the way you want it, you just have to deal with the «oh damn, a custom order» face on the sandwich maker. Like I said… good sandwich, but nothing to write home about. I’ll stick with my 5 dollar footlong.

I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches! They are so yummy! The quality of the food is superb I must say!
Every time I go to JJ I order the Italian Night Club. It is a like amazing! If you order it you must get it with peppers… It kicks it up a notch to a place that will make you a addict.
The quality of ingredients is second to none. They do not use any processed meats or cheese in the franchise. They only use the best of the best. The quality of the food is not the only thing that is great quality in the restaurant… The service is great! They always get the order in and out fast! That is their slogan. «Subs So Fast You’ll Freak».
Wonderful place to grab a sub! One of the best. Check it out if you have not done so already. You will be a happy human.
