First time and was pleased. The sandwich was good and at a good price. The concept of choosing a bag matching the type of sandwich and checking the box of what you want is a fresh approach. I would go again.

I’ve been going to Which Wich for a while now and I love it! They have messed up a couple of my orders but fix it right away. Joe is awesome, he refunded my money and wrote me down for a free sandwich whine my order was messed up. I was pretty upset after the second time my order was messed up and was considering never going here again. Joe was fantastic with fixing my order so I’ll definitely be coming back!

Big«Whatever«here today. Four sandwiches — two wrong. Remakes slow. Milk shake consistency of chocolate milk. They did give us the wrongly made sandwich that gets them the one star.

We go regularly but unfortunately this time was a terrible experience. We always get one Italian and one whicked. Both of course have pepperoni– it was very«stringy». We had to pull apart and remove the outer coating. We also did not get half of our toppings. Needless to say it was poorly constructed and pepperoni definitely wasn’t up to par.

Never been to a Which Wich? before and loved it! Spent the night in Franklin after a long day of driving. Love the ordering method: paper bag and mark off what you want. I ordered a veggie burger sub, it was really good. Hope the company will open a store near me in Montgomery, AL at some point.

GRAB a brown paper bag, MARKUP what you want and they make it for you. Cute name, easy enough to order, SANDWICH was an 8 out of 10. VEGETARIANS you are in luck, great options for us! V SAYS: TRYTHEBANANASHAKE… YUMYUM

This was the first Which Wich experience for me, and I was instantly a fan. Love the ordering system, marking your own bag and just handing it to the cashier. The sandwich I got was a good size for the price, and the taste was great. A location just opened in my hometown so I’ll be visiting soon.

I was expecting sandwich glory due to the praise I found here. I didn’t find it, though. I found a sandwich. It was… a sandwich. It wasn’t exciting or it wasn’t the best sandwich I’ve had in the area. I ordered a turkey sandwich with wheat bread and the normal extras. It just wasn’t stellar. The process of ordering was different and thus«fun». My 7 inch sub was $ 6 and some change so not expensive. The whole process was quick too. I arrived around 1:20 and there was no line. I probably won’t be back. I don’t eat a lot of sandwiches and when I do I want a stellar concoction. I had an impossible saga finding this establishment. I hope you don’t. In order to find Which Which, head straight down Cool Spring Blvd. to the second light after Mallory lane. Turn right on Frazier Drive. There is a gas station on the corner.

I’m a huge fan of WW! From the variety of options to the assembly, the entire process is fun, interactive and tasty. I would highly encourage you to introduce your friends to this little gem especially if they are kids. Nestled in the bustling area of Cool Springs, the place can get packed. Especially on a weekend. Fortunately, there are enough seats indoors as well as out. Despite being a chain, I have been constantly impressed with the new sandwich bread offerings(skinny or extra huge) as well as the low carb salad options(sandwich no bread). As I mentioned in a previous WW review for the West End location, I would highly recommend drawing on the back your bag to trace it down the line. I have also been having a little fun making up aliases in lieu of my real name so that the harmonious«wich for …» brings a smile to the employees faces. The more creative the better!

I love this place. Best sandwiches in Cool Springs. Everyone can find something they love here. Even my super picky seven year old son. I adore all of the different turkey sandwiches. There are so many options and you get to write it all down on a cool paper bag. I love getting exactly what I want to eat. I haven’t seen a bad looking sandwich. They have this great crushed ice at the soda fountain. Makes the coke taste better in my opinion. The toasted cookies and milkshakes are also amazing if you have any room in your stomach after the big yummy sandwich. One of our family favorites.

Where Wich? There. There Wich! Now that I have that out of my system… Which Wich, I adore thee. Sometimes you just don’t want to deal with a person and Which Wich, before you came into my life, I missed you so bad. Here’s the deal with Which Wich — you walk in and there’s a wall of paper bags and Sharpies. If you’re mildly intelligent, you can probably figure out where this is going. If you’re not mildly intelligent, well, there are directions on the wall. And on your Pop Tarts. Good luck in your endeavors, I guess. The bags are separated out by the kinds of meats(or vegetarian fare if you’re into that kind of stuff) and each one has a list of ingredients for you to pick one. Basically, you just check everything you want on your sandwich, hand it to the person at the register, they make it for you and toast it. The ingredients are pretty varied, too — you’ve got a nifty olive salad, a hot pepper mix, crispy onion dealies, none of which has an add-on fee(there are a few things with add-on fees, but they’re marked). The sandwiches are toasted on a conveyor toaster a la Potbelly — actually the consistency of the sandwich reminds me a lot of Potbelly. It’s good, it’s filling, it’s tasty. Also, there’s a small patio outside which is pretty convenient when you are feeling entirely anti-social.

I love coming here for a quick bite to eat, normally during the lunch hours while running errands with my fiancé. My favorite combo to eat is the turkey and bacon with lettuce and mayo… a simple sandwich but packed with flavor! Their milkshakes are also delicious as well. The staff is super nice and friendly. I recommend coming here!

Which Wich? Well, not this one very often. But that shouldn’t stop you. Offers all of the expected wiches you could Which. And be sure to get a Chocolate Thing. You’ll thank me.

Still fast food, but tasty and a variety of options for your diet or personal preferences. I tend to sway towards their veggie options as they’re more unique that what you find at a regular sandwich shop. Agree with the previous recommendation on the kids meals — they kind of suck. You’re better off buying a regular sized(kid friendly) sandwich like the Elvis, then cutting it in portions. Staff is always extremely friendly & seems to enjoy working there. You can sign up on their website for coupons, free birthday meals, etc. Not a bad option if you’re in the Cool Springs area and want a quick & simple meal.

Love the concept of this place. Pick up a bag, check off your ingredients and get your sandwich. Very clever. And the Thanksgiving sandwich(Turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry) is pretty much about the most delicious thing ever!

I love Which Wich! They don’t have these where I’m from(Louisville) so I’m used to just having Subway or Quiznos. WW is eons better. I love their set up. No going down the line yelling through glass at the uninterested person behind the counter telling them you only want a little mustard and watching them squirt half a bottle on there. Every sandwich I’ve tried has been delicious and I love their chips. The workers are always extremely nice, and the tables are always clean.

Though subs here are not bad, this is not my favorite place. It can get rather crowded during lunch and can take a bit longer than Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s. There is outdoor seating which is nice, but they need more room. Every time I come here I feel cramped and I am not a claustrophobic person. There have been times when I came with a few friends before the lunch rush, sat outside and had a great time but if you want a quick sub at 12:30 this is not the place.
