Ok. I’ve been going here for 20 years. Great stylists. Good with kids… I have 4 boys. John and Angela r my favorite but they r all great.

Rarely write a review for a non-​restaurant, but John’s deserves some comment — especially for someone new to the area looking for a regular barber shop. John’s has 3 to 5 barbers (male and female) on duty depending on the hour and day. All give great cuts per your request.
Place is very clean, bright, easy off-​street parking in a lot, across the street from the Big Y and next to McDonald’s. Can’t say enough about their cuts — have been going here since we relocated (2 years ago August) for myself and my young son.

I have been going to John’s since the early 90’s. Shop has come a long way since then (although the TV in the lounge hasn’t changed yet) and I still find myself there to get a good, consistent, affordable haircut. Hours are working-​man-​friendly during the week which let’s you avoid the occasional rush on Saturdays. If you haven’t gone, give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed.
