The staff is not fully capable at the check outs.
They run out of certain foods all the time.
It’s a pretty frustrating Kroger.

This is the Kroger next to Goodwill on Hillsboro, behind all that construction going on. This is a perfectly fine Kroger, folks are helpful and pleasant. The beer buyer for the Franklin area Krogers must know what they are doing as this one also has decent selection of craft beers. Produce here is usually well displayed, in the grocery isles there can be some facing issues, but I used to work in grocery and so I may be the only one noticing.
