I am happy to say that Lenny was wonderful and took care of me in a very professional way. He came here and took the keys and came back the next day when he said he would with the keys. I would call Johnson’s Lock & Key anytime, but I would ask for Lenny because he give such great customer service. I also want to send out a thanks to the owner for being so great to work with me on the setup for our invoice. I was a hundred percent happy.

Horrible!!! Impossible to do business with!
I looked up the store hours online before heading over on a Saturday afternoon, only to get there and find the store closed. I called the number on the front door only to get the on call mobile guy, who only served to bash the owner more than I wanted to myself for not being open on a Saturday afternoon. These people are impossible to do business with. Call Affordable Locksmith in Franklin instead.
