Kroger

Ok this review is actually about the little clinic in Middletown! I went in there to get a typical work physical! The lady took my paper and said she couldn’t sign it without a Tb test! I explained a Tb test is part of their hiring practices but no she said again I couldn’t sign it! I called my employer and they said exactly what I told her! So I stormed out of there called my family doctors office and they filled out the form as needed! I want to know where krogers gets off charging nearly as much money as a doctor for a nurse practitioner?

I live in Monroe and we have our own Kroger but this is my go to one! It is huge, they have a great selection, and the people all seem friendly. They just did an update a few moths ago and redecorated and it looks nice. Also they have a Starbucks so you can’t go wrong with Korger!

This Kroger location is huge! I recently did some grocery shopping here for a family member and was amazed at how much they had to offer. A clothing section in Kroger? Who knew?! Starbucks inside! Fresh sushi available at the sushi bar near the deli. The staff seemed a little exhausted last week during the holiday rush. They weren’t the friendliest bunch of people, but managed to be very efficient at check-​out. Plenty of parking available. Kroger fuel on site as well.

dont bother going here. was attempting to purchase $ 500 worth of groceries with my card. not only did the employees refuse they even called the manger who told me not to come back. very rude service.

Of all the big box grocery stores left in Middletown, this is my go-​to place. As the other reviews have stated, it is huge. Whether I need groceries, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, or bath and body goods, I can get anything I need. They have a great amount of wines and alcohol stocked and their marketplace/​deli has an overwhelming selection of products. I really enjoy getting my seafood (including crab cakes) from their seafood deli as it is always a good quality. Their prices are competitive with every other chain grocery store. They have a good, inexpensive store brand or high quality, more expensive brands, and everything in between.
There is a Starbucks in the store, a gas station outside, and they have a really good salad bar by the deli, so it makes it a nice place to go to for my work lunches.
And is it CLEAN. The floors, shelves, and products are always shining and there is never anything fallen or blocking the walkways. Pretty much the only thing that will block you is all the other people shopping there.
No matter how busy they seem to be, I rarely ever have had to wait to check out. They have multiple way of checking out which include plenty of cashiers at open lanes, 8 self check-​outs, and the Scan-​Bag-​Go system. Checking out has never been a problem for me and the cashiers/​baggers are always nice.
When I’m there later in the night, many 3^rd shift stockers have asked me if I needed help. This small amount of genuinely kind customer service actually took my by surprise the first time it happened because this does not even occur at the other Middletown grocery stores. It doesn’t happen during the day when they are more busy, but if I cannot find something I’m not afraid to stop someone since all the staff I’ve come across and pleasant and helpful. My only complaint would be that it can get hard to find a specific item, especially when I’m not sure what area it could be located in, and I’ll have to hunt someone down to ask if it’s in the middle of the day.
Still, the friendly staff during all times of day, cleanliness, quality, and other high standards that this Kroger’s seems to hold make it far outshine any other place I could do my shopping at.

Actually I am more amazed than a fan. Step aside Wegman’s. This was the biggest supermarket I’ve ever been in.
Here’s how big: they have a furniture department. In a freakin’ grocery store.
But wait. There’s more.
This Kroger has a section devoted to ‘Duck Dynasty’ merch. Seriously.
Never having seen the show or even heard of it before I set foot in Kroger, I don’t say that in admiration, just in amazement.
But I am not fickle. Wegman’s, I am loyal to you. Could you please open a store in San Diego?

This is another middle-​of-​the-​road Kroger. It has a Starbuck and a fuel station which is why I stopped here. As I ordered my drink, I noticed that the sore was clean and had a good selection of produce for a smaller (but not small) Kroger store.
