Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience at a clinic. Went in because my son had the strept throat. Paid upfront for our visit, talked with the DR. About his symptoms and told her he had came in contact with it so she was willing to write him a prescription for an antibiotic. Then after that test she wanted to give him a flu test, little did I know it was an additional cost, she didn’t tell me that until after I was ready to leave. Then during the flu test itself she jammed the stick up his nose so far he screamed. He literally cried for two days after because of the pain. I told her it was a little rough and she said «well I was worried he’d move» just a horrible horrible experience. Very unprofessional. The Dr kept coughing in her hands then didn’t wash them until I asked her to just disgusting.
