I’m a loyal Kroger customer and have recently been impressed by their newly expanded selection of the Simple Truth brand. I understand that organic produce means no pesticides, however, that does not make it acceptable for there to be critters on the broccoli I purchase. Recently purchased a gallon of green tea. Clerk asked if I wanted it bagged and I said no. Bagger seemed more concerned with whatever was going on around him and bagged it anyway. Lifted bag from my cart in parking lot, gallon jug fell through the bottom of the bag and on to the pavement, exploding all over my dress pants and even inside my designer shoes. They replaced the jug of tea, but it was a big inconvenience and could have been avoided had the bagger paid better attention.

This Kroger is the 2nd best in franklin the one by the cool springs mall is the best and the one of the 96 close to I-65 is the worst and the one by downtown Hillsboro road area is third(probably was worse when it was outdated they just remodeld it and is better) this Kroger is new and decent nice organic produce section

It’s a grocery store, has some good deals on generics. Folks there are pretty friendly from my experience.

This pharmacy has a record of internal office mis-communication and discombobulation. I have been under the impression that my Rx’s were ready when they were not several times. Tried to be loyal to Kroger because I have gone for years, but I think it is time to move on.

We’ve come to love Kroger Pharmacy. Where else can you get a cookie and coffee while you wait? They lack some of the high tec stuff you would find a Walgreens. But they are quick and nice. The cookies get us back every time.
