I love McDonald’s but the cashier was just horrible. I asked for two large cokes and of course I need straws In the bag there were no straws which I had no problem with. So I asked the cashier for some Strausse she had a horrible attitude she smart and sneered at me and that made me a little mad. She then gave me the straws in the bag I open the bag and there were at least 20 straws I didn’t like her attitude and I asked to speak to the manager. She told me the manager was away on a lunch break and I asked to speak to the manager now then she grabbed the person next to her and said he was the manager when he obviously wasn’t. Overall I did not like the experience I had at McDonald’s this is my opinion and it may not be true for all McDonald’s but I didn’t like it.

Conduct of employees is a joke. Went through drive through, rep at initial window where i pay was very rude, when I got to the actual pick up window to pick up food, rep was cussing at a manager and another rep. I don’t expect a lot from a mcdonalds, but seriously? Cussing in front of customers, won’t be back in any time soon.

I do not know why I have given this store multiple tries! I keep thinking it will get better but each time I’m disappointed. Today every meal was wrong. The drinks were cold which was perfect however so was all the food! We got the wrong sandwiches and yes I should have checked before I left. The cheese on the cheeseburgers were not melted n the fries were really bad n those things are like crack! My lil ones were sad because they didn’t get toys(spoiled) in their happy meals. Overall very poor!

Ah McDonald’s…why do I still even try? Today I went into the store to order some take out food. I ordered a couple of meals, paid for them and waited. While waiting, I realized that the cost of each meal was about a dollar and a half higher then if I had purchased all of the components of the meal a-la-carte. When I asked the cashier about the much higher price for the meal, he simply parroted back«you purchased a meal». I told him I realized I have purchased a meal but I was having a hard time understanding why it was so much more costly and why he had not at least offered to ring it up individually. That would have been good customer service. Unfortunately, I don’t think he, or the manager ever understood the problem. They kept saying, «Well the meal costs more». Right. Buy the same items that are in the meal individually and you pay $ 1.50 less than buying all of the items together. Hard to understand. By the employees at this McDonald’s.

Getting off work at around 5:30, I knew that I would probably have to wait a couple of minutes for my order(one ice cream cone). However, it took TEN minutes after I ordered to even move to the window to pay. Now, I understand that sometimes things can run slow, but oh no that’s not what was going on. When I pulled up to the window to pay, THECASHIERWASONHERPHONE. That is the reason we were backed up. I have never been so frustrated going through a drive through in my life. Not only that, but she acted as if I was an annoyance to her when I handed her my card. There is a break room. Please use it. By the time I was able to pick up my ice cream cone, it was already melted. Will not return.
