Service is horrendous! I always try and go through the drive-​thru because it takes three times as long inside. It’s not like that «other» chicken place that is always pleasant to deal with. Food is good but the service makes me think twice before coming here.

I normally love Zaxby’s but I will not be eating at this location again. After waiting in line at the drive-​thru for 15 minutes the employee forgot to put the bbq sauce I had requested in the bag. When I went in to get it an employee named Ryan insisted on seeing my receipt (which was in the car but my bag of food was in my hand). After a few minutes of Ryan trying to get me angry he decided to just give me the cup of bbq sauce I had requested in the first place. So I asked for a sauce, Ryan forgot to give it to me, and Ryan proceeded to treat me like a thief when I went back in to ask for the sauce. Overall the employees at this location are much less friendly than the employees I have interacted with at different locations.

This has to be the worst store in the snore chain. The service is always terrible and my order is incorrect 90% of the time. I will not be back to this particular restaurant ever again!

Good boneless wings with my favorite mega hot «insane sauce». Pretty good service but I’ve not seen an employee yet that looks to be over 20, and I don’t believe I’ve spotted anyone that looks to be the manager. Overall a good inexpensive restaurant.

I go to this restaurant/​location because it’s easy to get to and most of the time the food is ok. Salads are my first choice. But the cost of a salad being $ 8 is to high. I know others agree even employees. When I was going through the drive through and paid, the young man that turned to get my change said to one of the other staff «wow our salads are expensive», that was funny to hear.

seriously people, yes it is a fast food restaurant, however, don’t go to this place an Superbowl Sunday. We were told we had to wait for our wings behind all the take out orders yet we were standing at the counter. 45 minutes for mediocre wings. they all looked at each other like they could care less and they did care less. went home and called Pizza Hut and had them in 10 minutes. notified the head office of this foolishness and have yet to hear from them. nope sorry, the food is not that great nor is it fast food. they don’t care about their customers at all. meh.

yeah, for «fast food» it’s pretty good.
the chicken taste and looks like it is real chicken (not that pink slim remolded and pressed stuff…), pretty sure it is real chicken, and from the parts of the chicken you don’t mind knowingly eating.
the texas toast is pretty awesome too, like, if you’re sad and just want a piece of comfort food, their texas toast is it!
i had the chicken fingers tossed in their tongue torch hot sauce. once i tried their extra extra hot stuff, and i deeply regretted it, my mouth and stomach hated me for a while after that-​so, beware, it’s seriously hot. they also have crinkle fried, but i’m not a big fry person, so i’ll recuse myself from making a judgement on them.
so, this place is tops. but i don’t want to be loose with my 5 star ratings…

C’mon people. This is a fast food place, not a 5-​Star restaurant. And for cheap, good food, this place is great. The fried chicken with Zaxby’s special sauce is amazing. And I love the black and blue and the buffalo salads. Also, the atmosphere indoors is better than almost any fast food place. When you’re here, you get what you pay for.

It’s good chicken when you’re on the run.
When I first hear about Zaxby’s, I thought another fast food chicken chain? Why? But I came to realize people in the South love chicken. And so I had to try it. Zaxby’s quality of food is like any other fast food chain, you get what you pay for. If you like chicken and a need a chicken fix, this might be your answer because I don’t believe there are other nearby chicken fast food restaurants.
If you like chicken, I recommended trying this place out. You might actually like it.

Pretty clean for a fast food place. it’s better than McDonalds if you have to eat fast food. They have better salad selections and there chicken club is pretty tasty. The fries are bleh, and the shakes are a-​ok.
It’s right across from Brownland Farms so it’s super convenient if your at a horse show there

The Franklin Zaxby’s keeps busy serving up a consistent offering of Zaxby’s stuff. The staff is friendly and efficient. Management does a good job of keeping things in order. For recipe, I’m a bigger fan of the local chicken finger joints, but the consistency and convenience of Zaxby’s usually wins out.
They just need to bring back the fried pickles… Corporate bombed that choice.

I went through the drive thru in 2009 and it was confusing. Their fries are obviously frozen, thawed and thrown flavoring at to disguise the grossness. I stopped going after they discontinued the chicken salad sandwich. That was all that was worth eating. That was 2009. I have been back since then. The birthday shake is so good.
