I’m better off trying to get manna from heaven. I am a bartender in Franklin and usually don’t get off of work till 2 in the morning or later. It would be nice, in 21^st century America, to get some food. Although this place claims to be open 24 hours, it is not. Do not ever go here expecting dinner late at night, you will be turned down time and again.

For three nights we have gone by, once at 2 am once at 3 am and once at 1 am to get fries and a coffee but they turned us away saying the registers are down. Definitely not open 24 hours like they claim when 3 hours a night they turn people away yet the lights are on and it says open.
I won’t try again!

Went through last night at 10:05 pm. Got fries in the drive through that were cold and chewy. Went back but doors were locked. Had to wait through kind again (5 cars, maybe 5 – 7 min) to get new fries. Asked for a refund and young man got the manager. What a jerk. Said we could have a refund if we returned the fries. No, not the old bad ones, the new ones! Lol. So I told him I wanted a receipt for my credit card purchase — he said they only give receipts on request. I told him BS! That’s required by law. He said he would call the cops, I said call — I’m waiting right here to talk to them. Got the guy’s mug shot. What an a$$. Avoid until he’s replaced.

Worst McDonald’s ever… and that’s sayin’ something. My wife’s iced latte was a disaster. I got the wrong food; there was no organization. You go to McDonalds for speed and consistency. This had neither.

This used to be the best McDonalds excellent, fast, courteous service. About a month ago that all changed. Now it is the worst. The staff act like they are on drugs, seems like no training has been done and the kids are running the store. The line for the drive thru used to long, but the service was so fast you did not stay in line long. Now the line is not so long, but the wait is extreme. McDonalds you need help!!!
