(This gets two stars because at least my order was correct.) I was in the drive thru and there was one car ahead of me waiting at the window. I sat at the ordering box for a good 5 minutes before someone said«hey how are you?» I responded and asked if they were ready for my order, no response. After saying«Hello?» Several times for a few more minutes, I started to pull forward when I miraculously heard a voice from the box«sorry about that what can I get you?» I ordered, and waited another 15 minutes before the one car ahead of me made it through.(I debated abandoning my car in the drive through and walking to get food somewhere else.) Now it was my turn to wait another 5 minutes at the window, and finally received my food with no words spoken or an apology for the long wait. The management(or lack of) at this restaurant is a complete joke. Not a fun experience. Ps, while the order was correct, the food was cold. Taco Bell, you’re the worst.

They get my order wrong more than they get it right. It’s unfortunate because it is a great vegetarian option. I just left with beef in my taco. :(

Taco bell is taco bell but i give this one props because they tend to really keep the drive through going fast. It can get really backed up at lunch but they seem to keep it going as fast as they can. Parking can be a problem here. ive only been a few times but my orders have always been right inside and outside and have always been fresh and what i expected.

I am only giving this location 3 stars. I love Taco Bell but this location is hit or miss! I live only a few miles away and drive thru frequently! They cannot seem to keep staff here very long and like I said its hit or miss. I drove thru a couple weeks ago and got the best Mexican Pizza I’ve had in years. Went back two nights later and my order was completely wrong and tasted funky. But Taco Bell is Taco Bell and I do love it so, so I’ll be back to this location down the street, and hope that they hit more than they miss.

For the majority of the time it’s pretty busy. Tonight extremely busy. The food is normal corporate food and so so. Meh.

You can’t eat Taco Bell too often but when you do the supreme beef Chalupa is the way to go.

Before Taco Bell had their Fresca Menu, back when a 7-Layer Burrito was $ 0.79, I worked near this establishment and lost nearly 30 pounds eating there. This may have been due to me not being a fan of Taco Bell but being a fan of being able to eat occasionally with what I was making working at a store at Cool Springs Galleria. It also may have been that a diet of taco bell is rejected nearly completely by my body. I don’t know. I recently was out there starving and in traffic so I stopped back in as this was the closest, i was on a bike, and was in danger of falling off the bike I was that hungry. The food is still slightly better than most Taco Bells, it was then and is now. That’s not saying a hell of a lot, but if you’re looking for the best Taco Bell in town, this might be one for you. They also have the longest running streak of not screwing my order up — last mess up March 1993. It’s been a long time since I knew anyone who worked there so I can’t say if the same is still true, I won’t say they had a passion for doing it right and better, more like a dread of what would happen if they didn’t. It was a truly interesting motivator that the managers had back then. One of the assistant managers ran some food over to a nearby complex when an order had been screwed up. Horribly unsafe thinking back, but it was what they did back then. The place is looking a bit dated… it’s remodeled but the bathrooms are looking more and more authentic south-of-the-border. Their exit sign pointed in and their entrance sign pointed out last time I was there, and the staff seems younger than is possible, but the place worked… for a taco bell.
