No complaints at all! Very fresh and everything cooked to order. Lots of food and decent prices!

Best place for a burrito in franklin. Burritos are huge and the beers are cheap. Some people apparently just like to complain about everything. Can’t beat the 99 cent taco Tuesdays either.

Just not really good. Bland. Way too expensive.

Best grilled fish tacos! All meat is cooked fresh to order. Hard working employees with always a smile and greeting when you enter. The chicken fajitas are amazing as well.

Atmosphere is definitely lacking and for a burrito place, this is probably the worst in the Franklin/Cool Springs/Nashville area. The food is prepared poorly and they practically scrape the bottom of the barrel until nothing is left in their meat trays before refilling them. For just a burrito/burrito bowl alone is more expensive than Chipotle and nowhere near the quality or taste. I would recommend Chipotle, Baja Fresh, Qdoba, or Swanky’s Taco shop before this place. Or skip this place all together and just go to Taco Bell… or hell, even some Chinese food.

I left feeling disappointed. When there are so many other build-your-own burrito places in a mile radius, there’s no reason to go back. My black beans were room temperature and the carnitas were terribly under seasoned. The atmosphere was like if an average Mexican restaurant turned into a build-your-own burrito place.

Being from California, I was very eager to try this place to see if it was truly«west coast». The food is awful! I had a chicken burrito and the chicken was very overdone. I couldn’t even finish the burrito because it was so bland. Tortillas were not homemade — I saw the guy pulling them out from plastic bags in the back. And the food was very overpriced. For a burrito, chips and a drink it cost me over $ 11 which I would be willing to pay if the food was awesome. Do yourself a favor, skip this place and go to Blue Coast Burrito across from Centennial High School or Chipotle — either of those are much better choices.

The store where taste forgot. You walk in and the first thing you notice is that all the chair are in garish colors: every color of the radio. Then you get to the counter, and that’s intuitive. Sure, the food is protected by a glass partition, but there’s no space between the counter and the glass to place anything for real counter space. Then there’s the food. It’s not the worst in the world, but it’s just not well made. The chicken was really well done, and there’s plenty of it, but they don’t seem to understand that you have to have some limit to how much you put into the burrito, because they couldn’t even wrap the darn thing closed. They should have used tortillas the same size as a Chiptole if they’re going to put that much filling into it. They just seemed more interested in pleasing themselves and doing whatever the heck they wanted as opposed to satisfying the customer. Boo.

I am from Los Angeles area in so cal and I was super excited when I saw the sign go up for this place. I have been there at least 3 times since they opened and I’m afraid to admit I’m a little let down. The positives: + awesome salsa bar. They have the closest salsas to what I know from so cal taco shops. But good salsa is not enough. + good location near my work The negatives: Ohhh where do I start… — first I see the vat of «queso» and that is an instant turn off. I don’t friggin know why people are so crazy about cheese sauce out here! It’s disgusting and totally not something you ever EVER see in any taqueria or taco shop in so cal. I guess the natives here would bring pitch forks and revolt if you don’t offer it I guess, so I give up. — burrito size. LACKING! All 3 times I’ve been here I wish my burrito was slightly bigger as I can easily finish it and I’m still hungry. Again, you never leave so cal shops hungry because the burritos are usually packed bombs! — carne asada. Why can NOBODY do SEASONED carne asada out here? My god you take this for granted in Los Angeles as you get carne asada in anything like burritos and tacos and the meat is always seasoned and delish even by itself. — beans. Their beans are typical black or pinto cooked beans. Where is the refried beans(and no they do don’t need to be made with lard to be yummy)? Oscars beans sometimes are a little undercooked or have an off taste to them on some days. This place does not have refried beans, which again is a staple in so cal. — prices. 4 dollars for just a bean burrito, really? When WCB opened they were running a burrito(any) and drink special for $ 6 which seemed appropriate, but they dropped that quickly. The prices are higher than Oscars, and food not as good nor as plentiful. So I find myself resorting back to Oscars as my stand by taco shop in the area. It’s the closest thing to so cal, even with its short comings. I had such high hopes for this place to get it right. It’s new so maybe they will take a trip to Los Angeles or San Diego and try out some places there to see what they are missing. Someone let me know if they ever make changes because I would be willing to give it another try.

Better than Chipotle, but still a big let down. Was keeping an eye on this place once I saw the sign put up. West Coast Burrito… Coming from San Diego, I’ll admit, maybe I got my hopes up a little too high. Was let down though. Positive: +Super friendly staff. I actually feel bad with the two star rating, but I gotta call it like it is… I’ve had better. +They’re not cheap with the meat. Holy fuck that dude loaded up my burrito. In between: +/-Food’s not bad. Had some items I didn’t expect. A bit more flavorful than Oscars, but still bland. Negative: –It’s another fuckin’ build a burrito store. –I’m offended. As I’m walking in, I read the menu… California Burrito. AWESOME! What’s this? Steak and Vegetables!!! WHATTHEFUCK?! A Cali Burrito has FRIES not VEGGIES Bottom Line, I’ll visit here before I ever set foot in Chipotle, but I’ve got way too much exploring of Nolensville Pike to do to bother
