Bought a tree from them that had one side thinning. They said it would fill in over the next three seasons. I was happy with the crew that planted it. They gave me root stimulator and said keep it feed and watered.
On my second year the tree has been looking quite sickly. Called up with my concerns and spoke to a manager with an accent who said its out of warranty. She did say she would send someone to look at it but reiterated its out of warranty.
I explained to her I have underground sprinklers, I followed their directions and the tree still looks sickly. I explained you planted the tree and need to make this right.
I gave them a one star until I see results. I’m fair and will adjust the rating to their customer service resolution. I hope they honor this transaction. What they should do is give me a replacement tree and plant this one back in their property.

Modest garden supplies and plant nursery near the orthopedic clinic I went to, it’s easier to get at heading Southbound than Northbound. Right now they have a good selection of rose bushes and young evergreens ready for transplanting. Good prices on garden pavers, soil and such. Helpful staff was just learning a new software system. Plenty of parking.

The folks here are wonderful!
I needed to send flowers to someone in the hospital, and I was a bit of a mess. Rick was exceptionally kind and patient with me — he went to a second hospital after I got the name wrong the first time, and when it turned out that the hospital couldn’t allow the flowers to come in yet, he kept in touch with them to find out when they could. Overall, he truly went above and beyond.
It’s so heartening to know that customer service like this still exists!
