New Image Dentistry

Such an amazing dentist. He has done a fabulous job on my dental implant, veneers and crowns. I came to him for the perfect teeth and he has exceeded all my expectations. Would not trust anyone else with my mouth period !!

New image is full of super helpful and friendly staff! They all love their job and brighten your day when you walk in! They helped me with any questions in regards to Invisalign and financial planning and helped me understand instead of talking over my head. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist to go here :)

Well this is pretty much a scam. I called thinking that the offer ends today (offer expires every day to get you to call) and I tell the receptionist about the internet offer I saw and I want to come in for an appointment. She asked me who I’m insured with and other personal information and I make the appointment for the next day. I get there and speak to the same person whom I make the appointment with the day before and she gets my insurance card and driver’s license. I go back for the Consultation & CT Scan (FREE with the special) and afterwards we sit down to do over the pricing. She then tells me that since I have insurance that I DO NOT qualify for the special I saw on the internet.
So let’s break this down, they knew ahead of time that I HAD insurance and she allowed me to drive all the way there and allowed me to get the Consultation & CT Scan and then tells me at the end that I cannot get the pricing I thought I was going to get. So now who pays for the «FREE Consultation & CT Scan» since I refuse to do business with people who are luring people into their office by lying to them? Oh yea that’s right they will now bill MY insurance company since I’m not having any work done that now has to be paid. Wow, what a scam and should be reported. Maybe they need to put on their website that offer only applies to those WITHOUT insurance.
I’m just writing this to warn others out there that there could be other shady things going on there with the way they are conducting business.
