Franklin Smiles – Reynolds J A DDS

I never call this place «Franklin Smiles». I just call it «Dr. Reynolds’ Office». Regardless, they get absolutely nothing less than 5 complete stars and I wish they could have more. When I first moved here in 2008 I got wound up with another dentist who was disastrous. Seriously, 4 appointments just to fit a crown and they still didn’t have it right. Ugh… what a costly nightmare.
Enter Dr. J.A. Reynolds and his wonderful staff. I had a consult appt during which I laid out all the gory details. One of his staff did let me know that Dr. Reynolds had to «clean up» this other dentist’s work before. I had used up my yearly allotment of dental insurance and they worked with me to make a care plan. It took a couple years (because of my insurance) but he has done all of the corrective work I needed AND his staff worked around my crazy business traveler schedule. I can’t say enough about them… everyone in his office is first class.
