How do your forget to put a lid on a drive thru Dr. Pepper and 2 patties on a McDOUBLE. Seriously.

They forgot my straw! I was so thirsty and the gave me my to go drink with no straw!!!

All I ever get at McDonald’s is sweet tea because I’m in a hurry, it’s cheap and it’s close by. Now I realize they dont get paid much, but even fast food chains have competition, so they need to treat customers well, if only for the sake of keeping their regular customers, not to mention maintaining a peaceful conscience. There was absolutely no one behind me the entire time. I decided to get rid of some change and count out 2 dollars in quarters, dimes, nickels and a lot of pennies. At the pay window, I met a very pleasant, patient and personable lady. She gets five stars for making small talk about my dogs while I counted the change. But the lady at the second window kept telling the cashier to hurry up through the headset, interrupting her counting and the nice conversation we were having. When I got to the second window, I started to apologize, knowing she was less patient and quickly explained that I was counting change. She handed my drinks to me very quickly and slammed the window shut mid-​sentence. I waved at her to open the window. When she did, I told her that what she had done was very rude. Her manager was standing behind her now. She slammed it shut a second time. With the window shut, I shouted that I’m never coming back because of her. Haven’t been back since.

This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve never come to that location and had my order be right the first time! To top it off, tonight I sat in the drive thru line for a half hour only to receive old, cold fries! Not sure what took them so long since they only serve 6 items after midnight!!! Ugh
