Wendy’s

I grew up near this Wendy’s and have been pleased with the consistency of the offerings and the friendliness of staff. But it’s essentially the same as every other Wendy’s, which is more than fine.

So I usually don’t make a midnight run for food unless I am starving row just couldn’t get out for food at work, but tonight was the night. I also grade fast food places like this on the old bell curve because I know what I should be getting, especially late at night like this.
However, that does not excuse the quality, quantity or customer service I received tonight. Starting with the person that was taking my card, she didn’t even look me in the eye, she just kept talking to someone in the back ground that about some guy that comes their every night same time and buys the same meal. Nothing makes me feel like I’m valued like a person reaching out their hand blindly and assuming I am going to put my card in it. She handed me my card back, receipt, drink, and food all the same way, ignoring me and just handing it out in a «here, take this» style.
I got the most basic thing in the menu, fries and chicken nuggets. Should be simple enough. What I can tell you very fast is that the oil was not hot enough. Either they just cleaned it (by the taste I would say no) or the fryer was turned off ate some point. My fries tasted cold, very oily, and had a weird fish like taste to them. The chicken nuggets, which should have been 10, were 9, and very oily and aldosterone cold. I was actually sick to my stomach as I drove home and wished I hadn’t stopped.
Will I return? Nope.

I come here to get dinner at the end of my long Mondays and it’s always been pretty good. I love the number 2, double burgers and are very satisfying after a long day. The price is very acceptable and the quality is pretty good.

Really bad service only 2 people working there at 7 p.m.

Another Wendy’s Chain place. The quality of food is pretty standard. This location the eating area is kinda small and smokey from the cooking. It wasn’t enough to bother me but just enough for me to notice. The staff here is pretty friendly.
