Quality Inn & Suites

Bed bugs. I had to leave at midnight to check into another hotel after getting bitten 4 times. I finally found the culprits, 2 of them, and put them in a plastic cup to show desk clerk. Can handle many things but not bugs.

Dirty bed spreads. Filthy dry rotted drapes, Windows dirty, appliances dirty, years of dust and dirt on vanity lighting.
Thin walls. Awake all night due to party going on in room behind us. Front desk did ask them to lower the noise, worked for 5 minutes then at it again. I didn’t complain anymore for fear of retaliation. Noise went on until at least 3:30am. Finally packed up and we checked out early.
We’ve stayed at this location multiple times in the past visiting family nearby. Very disappointed with last stay and will be seeking alternate lodging moving forward.

Don’t expect too fancy with this hotel. It was in a convenient area, close to the highway and safe. Very close to the attractions of Franklin. The hotel was a little run down and needed some fixing up. The rooms were very basic, but nice. Breakfast was hot, but also very basic. Still a nice place to stay. Just don’t expect a lot of extras! Nothing wrong with that if you are just looking for a place to stay. The staff was very nice and friendly!

Got a double bed but quickly switched to a king bed with a couch then next day upgraded to a 2 room jacuzzi suite with 2 bathrooms huge king size bed nice mirrored closet 2 flat screen tv’s and a nice living room.
Only thing — I goofed and should have booked several nights in a row as that room books up fast.
The breakfast is nice (lots of choices) and the staff are kind and helpful. The luggage cart was always available when I needed it and has really strong durable wheels (something other hotels don’t seem to have)
I have a puppy so I find myself walking my puppy a lot and really like the picnic area with lots of grassy area. It felt like I was in a nice clean well kept backyard with beautiful trees birds chirping and a pretty gazebo by the pool even though it’s not in season for the pool yet. Very enticing grounds. if you can get past the initial shock of the front of the building seemingly very plain and small, and you try out the 2 room suite, you will love it here.
There’s even a couple restaurants that you can walk over to in an opening in the fence and there’s lots of shopping and stores nearby.

Booked a regular room for 4 nights. After the first night we wanted to upgrade to a suite with a Jacuzzi tub. We talked to Nash who was just incredible and helped us get it changed. Nash was very nice and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks Nash!

Basic place… nothing special

This place was not exactly sparkling clean. The front desk guy acted like we were bothering him. I will never stay here again. I prefer nicer hotels but this was just a quick overnight stay and it was a huge mistake.
