Oscar’s is our go to place. We often order food to go but love the staff and how quaint the inside is. Great value for the food there. We’ll often take out of town guests there cause we love it so much!

I’m from Southern California and oscars is the closest thing to real mexican that I have found in tennessee and this oscars here on front st in franklin is my favorite nice setting nice people reminds me of home

We Texans needed a Mexican food fix after all the great local Southern cuisine this place did it.

When in Westhaven! For a taco shop way down in Franklin this place rocks. I visited during lunch time and it was hopping with customers at every table. I went with coworkers and everyone agreed that this was a sure bet for lunch when we were in the area in the future. I ordered the carne asada torta which was absolutely enough for two people and a great value at less than $ 7. With the community in the area growing this place will only get more popular, so make sure you check it out now! I mean doesn’t everybody love Mexican food?!

Best quesadillas I’ve ever had! Love the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Very clean and good prices.

We love this Oscars. Always great food. I wish the other Oscar’s would learn from this one. Always friendly. Have never had a bad experience. It is worth a stop by.

Tried the Chicken Nachos today. Holy Mac-​a-​mole! Gigantic portion (see just posted photo.) Giant pile of chips topped with mounds of lettuce, Pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream, beans and grilled chicken. Just about over the top! Wish I could give 4.5 stars.

The Food here is 4 stars… The AIR CONDITIONING here really aspirates! I rate this joint a (1) because it’s too dang hot to enjoy the great food. I just got out of our air conditioned car & said wow is out hot in here… so I asked Amigo «can you turn up the AC please»? He replied its hotter outside! REALLY! Maybe we’ll go back in the winter when it’s cold outside!

Good food but got our order wrong. They lost the star from the wrong order but other than that great food!

This has to be my favorite quick Mexican place. The staff is friendly and attentive and, considering everything is made to order, the service is prompt. I go to the Westhaven location quite frequently and have never had a bad meal or bad experience. The chicken burrito and the steak burritos are fantastic. Don’t miss the chips and queso either. If you’re in the area for breakfast, try the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito with hash browns. It’s by far the best breakfast burrito you can find. Four outdoor tables are available. Can’t go wrong with a trip to Oscars and it’s a great value.

This is my family’s favorite Oscar’s location. I like to sit outside when the weather allows. The service is always fast and good. The food is fresh and delicious. Their prices can’t be beat in Franklin. Must try: fish taco and shrimp taco. Their guacamole is great too.

Great FRESH Southern California Mexican food, great quality of meat, which is usually an indicator of everything else, but the shredded beef and crane asada are better than the chicken. Love this place!!!

This is great southern california style mexican food. Being from San Diego, I’ve missed this kind of food until i found Oscars. The steak casadilla is phenomenal!

My co worker told me she was going to pick up mexican food and if I wanted anything. I LOVE mexican food but being from California am weary of trying any mexican food. Even if you go way north of California it starts tasting bland. I am kind of a snob when it comes to mexican food I suppose. I looked at the menu and it said it was «so cal» style I was more than ready to judge it. I was surprised when it really did remind me of something I could have gotten at any great mexican restaurant in California. Chips and Salsa are good as is anything with carne asada I have tried. Been here twice now :)

Good food, large portions and cheap prices! The majority of their menu is great although the chorizo torta wasn’t good. I like chorizo but this particular meat here seemed chewy… otherwise everything else has been great!
I’ve heard good things about their breakfast burrito– which this area needs more breakfast places!
The only the downfall is they aren’t open Sundays. Come on, people want easy food on the weekends! :)

The proliferation of Oscars Taco Shop comes to the Westhaven Town Center.
The food made the journey unchanged from the original location on Columbia just south of downtown Franklin. The atmosphere tried to make the journey, but got lost (purposely avoiding a border pun here) when it made the turn into Westhaven.
If the weather is good you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the Westhaven lake (pond). You might even be graced (harassed) by one of the local ducks.
This is a very kid friendly place. So, expect it to get loud during family feeding times.
My kids love the rolled tacos and french fries. Oscars is known for their fish tacos and burritos. And, they are excellent! However, I find the Carne Asada Torta to be an under-​appreciated item on the menu.
