I’ve ordered delivery on four separate occasions and they all have been late. The employees have been very professional and polite however it seems there is a common denominator of the store being minimum staffed. Come on guys your a huge chain lets gets some competent management otherwise your customer base will suffer.

How can this place get any poor reviews? The pizza is amazing. The service is always good. Have I mentioned the pizza is wicked good? Now that I live 3,000 miles away from Papa Gino’s, my first meal upon return to MA is always their pizza.

Never again. I ordered for delivery online and, despite a written copy of the pizza I was ordering, they managed to mess up the toppings(and take almost an hour for delivery). When I called the manager said he would instruct them about reading the entire order. Seemed pretty obvious to me they should do that anyway. The half of the pizza they got correct tasted blah. Dominos tastes a lot better to me(not to mention the other pizza places in town). Manager offered me a free future pizza and I declined – the pizza isn’t good enough for me to want any more. Seems no cheaper than Dominos or other pizza places in town – and tastes a lot worse.

Absolutely terrible food. I had a chicken Parm hero. It looked terrible. It was sloppy with sauce splattered all over. It was almost as if they were angry to have to make it. To top it off it was tasteless and had barely enough chicken on it to be seen in the roll Avoid them and if you have criticism forget it they don’t care . I went on their website and sent in my complaint and they didn’t even care enough to respond. They are a horrible chain

Because I have a large family, I’ve become a bit of a cheap pizza connoisseur. I love a fancy pizza as much as anybody else, but I have to operate on a budget. That being said, Papa Gino’s is a good option for pizza if you fit into a similar category. I would definitely put it above other chains like Domino’s, Little Caesar’s and the like. They have a large variety of salads, wings and sandwiches if you’re not in the mood for a pie. I’ve tried several varieties of their pizza and I also like their steak and cheese sandwich.

I am not one for chain restaurants, but this is really this only place in the area to get decent pizza. I keep trying other places around here, but when I have guests I alway order from Papas.

Not much to say didn’t eat there. Why after waiting behind one customer for ten mins he walks out saying to me Ive waited long enough. So I waited another 8 mins. Young kid with a poor attitude and and a very ugly and dirty knit hat on was giving a customer a hard time about his order being wrong. Lady with dirty blond hair standing next to pizza oven could of taken the order but she just kept looking out the window. Lady in cooking area short black hair looked up once and smiled but was busy making orders. The kid with the dirty hat gave her a hard time about the order the guy was complaining about. I go to alot of different Pappa Ginos and most are very good but this one and the one in the cape that I went to stink. I have only been to each once.

I’m writing this review not for this one establishment alone, but for the Papa Gino’s chain in general. This is hands down the best chain restaurant pizza I have ever had. I always stand far, far away from conveyor belt pizza. i.e. papa johns, pizza hut, and dominos etc. Those places take the premade dough, pound it out, put it into a pizza pan(which I’m highly against) add sauce, cheese, and toppings and put it on the conveyor belt. That’s like me taking a bowl, adding cereal and milk and calling me a cook. At Papa Gino’s there is no pizza pan and they have real ovens that someone has to keep in eye the pizza to make sure it is done correctly, I give props to that. If you don’t want pizza, they have a selection of hot and cold sandwiches, salads and pasta dishes, all of which are pretty tasty. And everything is at a damn good price. Anyways if you want a consistent, delicious chain pizza Papa Gino’s will always be my first choice!

Ordered a steak and cheese w/pickles today… Got to Papa’s and watched my sandwich be given to Jen. I know her name because we are the only two in the place, and the other sandwich is labled JEN. Me: «Excuse me, I think that’s my sandwich…» Scott W. «Wolfman»(On his name tag, I’m not even kidding): «No. This one here is yours.» Hands me a huge sub, I ordered a small… whatevs, I haven’t eaten in a week… I get back to my office, I have a large chicken parm… not what I want exactly, but no problem. Problem: It’s a chicken parm, MINUS the cheese. Are you kidding me? I’d rather eat my hand. Mangia. Now go fuck yourselves…
