Good company, pretty straight forward sale. Some «we’ll do this and that» which never materialized but it is a used car shop and it didn’t effect the overall experience. You will save money. I can say 6 months later the car we bought is exactly what we were told we were buying with no issues.
My only advice, NOT indicative of Providence; is never do business with a company just because they are ‘Christian’. The church is full of sinners or their wouldn’t be a church. Trust and verify. Do your homework and walk away with confidence. We were not disappointed and will be buying another vehicle there in the coming weeks.

Great dealership until after the sale.
We signed «we owe you» papers to have the vehicle’s hood fixed from rock chips. After finally setting up an appointment it say for a week untouched. The owner, Simon, told me that he would have it fixed right by a reputable paint shop. After dropping it off the next time it had been touched up by their «paint guy» in the parking lot and looked worse. They took off work that I had done to the grill and never mentioned it until after I had picked the car up.
Many phone calls and texts later I was told again it would be taken to a shop to be fixed properly. Once again dropped it off and when it was picked up not only does the hood look even worse than the day purchased but the bumper had been sanded down and left. I sent pics and asked for it to be fixed and was told he would not have his people touch the car as he had done enough. So now the car looks worse than the day it was bought after 3 attempts by them to fix it. If you buy from them make sure any work that is supposed to be done is done BEFORE any papers are signed.
Extremely aggravating experience dealing with this dealership and its owner.

I was unexpectedly faced with the task of buying a new vehicle. Having an idea of the car I wanted, I was lucky enough to come across that Honda Element online at Providence Auto Group. I knew nothing about this dealership prior to walking in their doors, but was overwhelmingly pleased with the service we received. My husband and I unknowingly showed up right as they were about to close and they happily stayed open to help us. Our salesman was John; he answered every question we had and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. The entire process was a breeze and I’m extremely pleased with my car. In an industry that can get a bad reputation, this place is a gem. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks!

This is my first Unilocal review, as I felt my experience with this company merited a review. I recently purchased a used Honda Accord Crosstour through Providence Auto Group. I typically buy new cars and try to avoid used car markets (as they tend to have less that ideal reputations), but I was thoroughly impressed with the way that Providence runs its business. This was by far the best service I have ever received from a car dealer (including the luxury car dealers that I was simultaneously interacting with) — not to mention the best car I have ever owned. The sales staff went above and beyond to understand my preferences and to help me find a car that perfectly fit my needs. On top of the incredible service, the pricing made my decision an easy one. They also purchased my existing Accord from me at a fair price, and then I found out that they fixed it up and donated it to a woman in the community. Seriously! A car company with a heart? I didn’t know they existed, but apparently Providence is trying to do things a bit differently.

I have used Providence to buy our last 2 cars. The first car I bought through them was an Acura MDX. They help find the type of car I wanted in the price range I were looking for. The second car I bought from them was a Lexus IS250. The not only did they help find the type of car I was looking for… but it was below the price range I gave them and it was $ 5,000 less than anything else on the market! On top of that the number one reason we are repeat customers of Providence Auto Group is the outstanding customer service. With both cars I’ve bought from them they have gone above and beyond our expectations to help not only find the cars I was looking for, but getting the car to us, and then selling our old car was very quick and convenient.
I recommend Providence to anyone looking to buy a car. They are awesome!
