When I came here I had about a 2 hour window to get in and out so I could get my emissions test done. They got me in and out with time to spare and the quality of the work was very good. Though we did have a minor communication issue the owner didn’t hesitate to make things right when it was brought to his attention. I respect a company that stands behind their work and takes care of their customers.

Getting mine done right now and I have to say I’m impressed and very pleased. I’m very nit picky, so when I can SEE these guys doing work to my car and being very big in attention to detail for measurements and alignments, it makes someone like me now a loyal customer and a high recommendation to this place. A very nice staff is an added on plus to feeling very welcome here.

Had some exhaust work done on my jeep a few months ago. Though there was some miscommunication and a mistake made, the owner contacted me personally to correct the situation and make things right. It’s one thing for a place to do good work but another when they make sure to correct any issues when a customer has a problem. I wouldn’t hesitate going to them again knowing the level of customer service and professionalism I’ve experienced.

Really nice guys who don’t try to gouge you for unnecessary work. Got me in and out pretty quickly. If you want something specific though, make sure it’s clear before they start. I assumed that they would match the existing diameter of my exhaust system — but they necked it down to make it easier for them to clear my rear axle. My fault for not making that clear before they started!

One of the hangers broke off my muffler, and I tried to bring it back to the shop that had originally installed them. Unfortunately, that shop went out of business. I found Tim’s garage on Unilocal and decided to have them give me their opinion. Well, they looked at it, and in about 9 minutes, I was back on the road with a new hanger, AND they didn’t charge me a dime! Don’t waste your time and money on those other muffler shops. Just take it here, and let Tim and his crew take care of you! They are OUTSTANDING!

Had an overheating issue, took the car in to Quick Muffler based on some good reviews here and elsewhere. Tim and crew quickly determined it was a bad thermostat, and got me straightened out and back on the road. They even gave me a coffee mug!
Conveniently located in downtown Franklin.

Wow! I had a cel come on because of my CAT. A friend told me about this shop and I’m glad he did. They had the car up on the rack and backing out the door in about 15 min just like the sign said. Great experience and they have a new loyal customer.

Theses folks are awesome. Great, reliable service and an incredible price. They won’t rip you off.
We had an issue with our honda pilot catalytic converter guard. The dealer wanted $ 150 to remove it and quick muffler did it for free! I also just got our brake pads replaced and it was about $ 220 less than the dealership.
