Roomful of Nuts

A stay in Franklin is practically like staying in a dry county. The selection at Bi-​Lo is Bud Light or Bud Light and their craft beer selection is laughable. Or cry-​worthy.
Enter Roomful of Nuts. A paradise of natural foods and CRAFT beer in a state where it should be plentiful. Too bad Franklin was a little late to the organic party and this is the only place that carries a good selection of everything you would need. I think it is pretty hilarious that my first kombucha was in Franklin, NC.
They have a wall of bulk goods that are supremely inexpensive and a selection that competes with Whole Foods. I picked up nutritional yeast, wheat berries, cashews, curry powder, bottles and bottles of locally brewed beers, some essential oils, and some whole food vitamins. The owner was incredibly helpful and we left knowing another night in Franklin wasn’t going to be spend beer-​less.

Love this place ! One of the only places in the area to get prime organic ingredients and food. Great selection of herbs and gluten free flour and hands down the highest quality and lowest prices of cheeses. Great selection of beer as well — you won’t find bud light at this place.
