Amazing coffee. Stopped in this rainy afternoon and had a pumpkin caramel latte. Great drink, great service. Much better than Starbucks. Will be back!

I had seen the ad’s and signs saying this was voted the best donuts in Franklin. So finally I went. I arrived late morning, about 11:30am. I ordered 2 donuts.
First off, I drive by a lot and the HOT DONUTS sign seems to be out all the time. Nothing was hot. They had a folding sign with all the fall/​pumpkin flavors, but NONE of them were available. So I pick out a random 2 to give them a try.
When I was there they all look to be the same glazed donut. Maybe they had a group come and buy a load of them just before, who knows! The prices are 75c, $ 1 or $ 1.50. Seems the difference is the toppings. I picked one with chocolate chips, and the other with crumbled butterfinger, so those were both $ 1.50 each. Photo posted.
I hate to rain on anyones parade (ie the other reviews) but these are NOT 5 star donuts. In my opinion they dont even measure up to national chains, and would not even match most independents in any major city. Both were very plain yeast fried donuts – the kind you would call glazed if they had a glaze, but were instead frosted with sprinkles. What you get here is premium sprinkles yes, but the donut is at best just average.
People tend to overrate in small towns because they know folks and they are proud of their town. Sometimes thats hard to avoid. This one though is 3 star at best.

Great place, great food, and great service. Coffee and doughnuts are to die for. Love getting food from them before class on early mornings. Was a long awaited opening, but so completely worth the wait. Would reccomend to anyone.

Always great service and food. Would come here on occasion with my son before school as a special treat. Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are tasty and I love all the options there are. Their pastries are also very yummy and a good variety too.

The doughnuts are amazing. They are half price after 2PM as well. Great and friendly staff. The coffee is top notch as well.

Great service, great coffee :) wonderful local coffee shop! I love the atmosphere! If you’re in Franklin, then you must stop at this coffee shop!
