Turkey sandwich was really good and was reasonably priced. I used to go to Schlotzsky’s in Colorado so I’m always excited to find one. Two guys were working — one seemed miserable to be working and the other one was very eager and friendly(maybe he was a trainee). Also I wish they had a way that you could get tap water from the soda machine. Overall a relatively pleasant experience for quick and tasty food.

Being from Columbus where they closed down all the Schlotzkys years ago, we were excited to find one. We have always loved them and was surprised that they didn’t last. We both ordered our favorites, The Original. It had been so long since we have had them we were unsure why we didn’t enjoy them as we used to. It seems that the bread may have changed to a kind of multi grain hybrid of some sort. Not sure but it was just a sandwich. Nothing bad or anything but really nothing great either. Schlotzkys is fine for an adequate lunch but it is hard to imagine that it still creates a craving for many.

I absolutely love Schlotzsky’s — just not this location. We went here today after eating at their Centerville, OH location several times, and our experience just was not as good. The staff here was not as friendly, of the two sandwiches we ordered, one had a hair baked into the bread, and neither of them had as much flavor as the other location. After a quick survey of the staff, we realized none of the food preparation staff was wearing hair nets, or anything at all to help with sanitation. After showing the worker the hair in the bread her response, which should have been ‘oh I’m sorry, that never happens,’ was actually«Oh that doesn’t happen that often.» Reassuring. Enough to tell us we need to just stick with ANY other location.
