I used to be a regular here at the Middletown location. But lately the service and food has all gone downhill. You have to be careful and watch the people making your food to make sure they put enough especially with the sauces. I like hothead burritos because the variety of sauces and options that places like chipotle lack, however at this location it’s not worth the difference with the poor quality of food and service of employees.

Bad service! My boyfriend and I ordered 2 burrito bowls. But they forgot to put sauce or if they did it just very little. My boyfriend called and they said they want him to drive back to get sauce. Yeah they want their customers to drive back to get sauce or any missing items.

I had an awful customer experience just now. I ordered two bowls to go. Well when I got home I realized they forgot or put only enough sauce on where we couldn’t taste it. I called and asked if I could get credit for next time since I worked all day and just settled in. The shift lead stated no I could only get credit with the food and receipt.(Yes I should have supervised them prepare the food) I asked him if he was sure he didn’t want to give me credit before I got in my car and he said he can’t. I called another location and spoke to a manger, the reply on how to handle my situation was they should have taken my name for a free credit. Just as I thought! I’m curious to see how the manager handles this! 05÷19÷1509:27 am. Spoke to store manager Kara Wright(wife of manager she said). She started its her store policy that the food has to be brought back due to the cliental in Middletown. So basically a few people called a few times and got free food so her regional manager approved this procedure. She also said«you know how Middletown is!» Hmmmm… No offer to resolve the situation or please a customer. Let’s see how Zack Ketring handles his customers issues. 5÷20÷15 @ 8:41am left voice message on corporate number. Still no reply from my email or voice message yesterday. Wow, that’s how they treat customers! Spoke to Shift lead Bridget at Middletown location. Wow she was the only one who apologized and has a sense of pleasing a customer. Her store manager should learn from her. Zack called me. He showed a concern and explained how he handled the situation on his side. He explained what was going in and truly showed he cares. So bumping up star from 1 to 5 for company owner. I’ll go back and give location a fresh start.

If you seriously want a good hot head burrito, go to the one off Cincinnati-dayton rd. The owner and manager are awesome and they dont try to nickel and dime you every chance they get!

Smack me silly and hit me with my handbag. Eating food in Middletown has always been kind of a choice between a paper sack, a drive through or a Big Boy with extra sauce. This was a delightful alternative. On a Tuesday night I found people, happy voices and good vibe there and I thought just maybe there is more to fast food in Middletown than hard chairs and french fries. I had chicken in a bowl it cost 6.59 and it was much better than the place next door where I would have had the same old tired, same old. As good as the food was the employees there are happy and they smile and joke and that is important too. Happy workers = happy food :) This is a long over due to these parts. Inside is bright cherry and has an upscale cool factor to it. Feels good just to be there. The great food is a bonus. For Middletown Ohio this is a grand slam in a very good way.
