I wanted to update my review with my ongoing service with this sleepys I received my mattress «love it «thank u again Emily I am just still awaiting my frame and the guys who delivered it were outstanding (I wish I got their names) they were wonderful and professional at getting it in my house and set up to my needs. the drivers have great communication as to when they will arrive and they handle your property with great care. Its rare to see this kind of customer service these days. I really feel like I am their only customer whenever I have any interaction with the sleepys employees the whole way thru. The sleepys brand sheets are fantastic. The pillows are fit to your needs as we’ll they have all the good pillows to fit ur sleep style and great deals when purchasing. So bottom line if u would like to do business with a fair and professional company and u are looking for a new mattress/​sheets or furniture this is the place you want to go. I will MoST likely update again after I get my frame which I purchased at a discount knowing it would not be avail. Immediately. So this is not normal practice for them. thank you sleepys for doing business the right way.

I had been to another Sleepys store and another furniture store in search of a new mattress, with little luck or help. I did tons of research beforehand, but the idea of purchasing a mattress was stressing me out more than it needed to. On Black Friday (probably one of the busiest days for Sleepys), I decided to go to the Franklin location to find a mattress. Emily was the best! She was not a typical sales person. She didn’t pressure me at all and she really «told it like it is «so to speak. I do not make decisions easily but she helped me make a decision that I feel totally comfortable with and excited about! And, she was able to work within my budget which was also important. I can’t wait for my new mattress to arrive! Seriously, everyone should go buy their mattress from this girl! :)
