I’ve been to a few Wal-Marts in my Unilocal career and so I can say that this one was A-OK. While I did find the exact product I wanted, the personal care aisle was a little picked over and in need of leveling. I brought my product to the registers, but there were only three open on a Sunday afternoon and all of them had a wait of three or four customers with full trolleys. Over at the self-checkout, half of the machines were«card only, no cash» and the associate was nowhere to be seen. But I was able to run my purchase, get my receipt and be out the door.

The electronics section is ridiculous. None of their portable speaker systems were set up to demo. You can buy speakers you haven’t heard. Nobody at the desk. One guy on a Saturday when 25 people needed assistance. Who manages this store?

Murray ky store. Lack of help on the floor and lack of cashiers is a a great fault. Return counter and vision center are super and are a bright spot at Walmart. I avoid going there unless I just have to get something not available elsewhere.

Me and my wife purchased a can of Similac Advance from this Walmart. Almost went through the whole can before we discovered bug pieces in the formula. This has happened before at Costco and we’ve been in contact with Similac. Costco was disgusted and refunded us, but not good old Walmart! First of all, the women were stuffing their fat faces with chocolate, then proceeded to call my wife a liar, profiled us by assuming we are on WIC because we have tattoos, and were just flat out rude bitches. Needless to say we didn’t get the refund. I will never patronize this shitty company! They don’t have 100th of 1% the integrity that Costco does. There’s a reason«People of Walmart» exists!

Tire Center, 45 minutes just to drop off my car to get tires installed that had already been paid for. Tires bought online are not delivered to the tire center, that would be too easy. You have to pick them up at the photo center(obviously) and move them by hand to the tire center. Walmart employees are in no hurry to help either.

The cew in the grocery department were incredible. They were very helpful and kept a very clean department. This comparison is my judgement of other Walmarts I have been in. I would definitely shop there in the future.

It’s next to culver’s so you can do an ice cream or milkshake stop while you go to Walmart. And this walmart, like many is open 24⁄7. It’s pretty awesome because most things in cool springs/franklin close by 10pm. This is a really large walmart. They have just about everything. I kind of wish they placed the pet food closer to the grocery area as opposed to the opposite side of the store near gardening stuff, toys, auto stuff and so on. It’s common sense, if you’re picking up groceries, you’re probably gonna get stuff for your pet too.

It may be possible, but after numerous visits to this store, it is difficult to envision how the customer service could possibly get any worse
