Whitnall Pointe

Really enjoyed living at Whitnall Pointe Apartments. Great location, friendly staff and maintenance, overall great experience. I’m only moving to be closer to work. They offer several events throughout the year to get everyone together. The grounds was well taken care of and maintenance was quick to make repairs. They fixed everything we asked for and did so in a timely fashion. The pool/​hot tub and fitness room were great features and well taken care of. Office staff was helpful and friendly, always wiling to help. They offer many layouts and have many different pricing options so they appeal to a variety of people. Had a great experience living here and will definitely recommend to friends moving to the area.

Yikes. Seems like a good deal until you go through a winter and see how the lack of effort management puts into this place.
It’s a 40+year old, run down complex where anything goes.
Picking up poop: optional.
Getting your trash into the dumpster: optional.
Parking in actual stalls: optional.
Leasing agents have no clue what is going on. They can’t keep appointments or return a simple telephone call. Ms. Wendy is at the top of the list.
Also, if you like cigarette smoke and butts all over… Whitnall Pointe is the place to be. You get to smell cigs whenever the employees are «working», residents are inconsiderate, and the neighboring community as they drop off their trash in any one of Whitnall Pointe’s dumpsters.
and there is the loveley BLACK MOLD IN THE BASEMENT STORAGE you get to deal with.

I currently live here. Before you apply, let me fill you in. We always pay our rent on time and have no issues. Let me tell you some management issues:
–neighbors dog poop has not been picked up in 4 months with over 9 attempts and an office visit with the assistant manager to pick send maintenance to pick it up
–dogs unattended on chains outside
–German shepherds off leash
–our first day we could hear YouTube videos on our neighbors phone. That’s how thin the walls are
–the water pressure is horrible. We asked maintenance to fix the toilet and they never came. We have to flush the toilet 3 times
–whenever the neighbor flushes the toilet and you’re in the shower, you will get burned
–parking tickets for street parking so you are required to buy parking passes
–the laundry is more expensive than the laundromat by 1.00 more per load
–dj neighbors, pot smoking neighbors. If they say noise isn’t an issue, you can hear conversations clear as day.
–gave our apartment new appliances but never plugged in the dishwasher or bolted down the toilet
–never repainted our porch with multiple requests and confirmations from management
This is the kind of place partying college kids should live. Other than that, I don’t suggest it. Please don’t live here.

I’ve lived at a few apartment communities and recently moved into Whitnall Pointe. I love to walk and they have the most fantastic park right next door. Whitnall Park is HUGE!!! The apartment community even has a beautiful set up getting to the parks hiking trails. Park benches and even an arbor.
My move in experience went very smooth. The office even set up my utilities for me. One less thing to hassle with and to cross off my move check list. The were very helpful and the apartment was in mint condition when I moved in.
