I’m sorry, but… This is not my kind of pizza. If you’re a fan of the kind of pizza that comes out of mountain town pizzerias, go for it(yes, there’s a palpable pizza pattern).

If you’re in the mood for pizza, this is the place to go in Frazier Park. They do an excellent job on a pizza pie in this place. Good food, good service. Recommended.

I found the sauce to be very good. We stopped in for dinner after sledding with the kids and enjoyed the pizza. We also tried the buffalo wings and fried zucchini which was very good. Give it a shot if you are in Frazier park.

Good Pizza. A little pricey, but what the heck — you only live once and you should try their food.

This past weekend was crazy with tons of people coming from outcof the area in every direction to play in the snow, ourselves included. Thank goodness my husband knows the area because of his job because we dodged the long lines of cars to get to the snow and coming back. That’s where Cavey’s comes in. My husband has been here for lunch while in Frazier Park for work. So, we decided to stop here for lunch. We figured not very many people would know about it. When we arrived, there were a few locals and a few visitors. It wasn’t very busy. However, after we ordered, it got crazy busy! Thank goodness we got there when we did! Now for the best part, the food! We ordered a salad, a large sausage pizza, and 4 drinks. Everything was delicious! I loved the pizza and the salad had so many things in it. The prices were VERY affordable. The quality was so much better than most local pizza places, but so much more affordable. I was very impressed! Compared to other pizza places that charge more, they had so many more pieces of sausage on their pizza. They weren’t chintzy at all. We got our food pretty quickly and from very friendly employees. I honestly can’t wait to go back for pizza!

Pizza was great!!! Owner was nice, only thing that kinda ruined it for our family of 10 was that some of the locals were not very welcoming, they actually were offensive and rude, we got booted out of a room because we were not local. Other than that we loved it, I hope next time we stop there, those adults grow up a lil…

My family and I love this pizza joint! Every time we come to Frazier Park, we come here. This is our spot! It is kinda old inside, throwback to 80’s –90’s complete with arcade games. The pizza itself is among my favorites in Kern County. It’s in the Alpine Plaza on Mt. Pinos Way. Dog friendly. We like their Meat Lovers pizza. It gives me such joy pulling up to the parking lot. Today we were even given some free pens and keychains.

I have to give this place a 2 star because, although the food is great, they dropped the ball twice. The first was about a month ago when we ordered buffalo wings and we got wings with no sauce! Just disgusting fried white things! Tonight we ordered dinner again. We waited about an hour, called them back, only to find that they hadn’t started making it yet. They charged our card and left it at that. It’s been almost two hours and still no food. There is another pizza place in town. We will try there next time. Service!!!

Cute family owned pizza place, it looks like it’s been unchanged for 15 years. The pizza is on the salty side, same with the breadsticks. Definitely a must-try for Frazier Park.

Just had thee most incredible delicious well made pizza EVER. The bacon cheeseburger pizza is absolutely outstanding. Andrew, on night shift, makes one hell of a pizza. The little bits of dill pickle or a tasty nice touch. The small size has 6 large slices 3 was plenty for. Goody leftovers tomorrow. Who would have thot such great pizza would be in a small place in a small town. A+ and thank you.

Caveman Cavey’s is a great small town pizza place. My husband introduced me to Caveman Cavey’s a few years ago when we first started dating and I have loved it ever since! In addition to loving their pizza as is, I love being able to add garlic on top. I feel like it adds that extra bit that makes it special!

caveys is an extraordinary pizza place n frazier. I discovered it many years ago and still go for the cheese pizza. It’s best plain and order the real chicken wings! they are yummy love the crust and sauce. The brownies are sooo good have had them for many years. Its jam packed with my neighbors and they let my dog sit on the patio! I didn’t really ask just kind of showed up but they didn’t get all bent out of shape about it! This is when I got pizza and wings to go but they have pretty good delivery too.

Well I mean as good as pizza can get on the hill, I like this place. In my personal opinion, this is my favorite pizza joint on the hill. Every time I go the service is always very friendly, and yes, you can smell the pizzeria from outside. Idk what it is about pizza, but it always make me feel hearty and warm. I really do love pizza. I enjoy their pizza a lot. I know it’s not the most authentic, but it really makes my inner child go insane because it just has that taste to it. I’m not sure how to describe it, but they really are my favorite place on the hill(as far as pizza goes). There is a coupon I use sometimes where I can get a large one topping for $ 20 which is nice as well, it’s in the paper. My personal favorite are the crispy wings they have and of course the pizza. It’s really a frazier park treasure. Some people may be put off by «the cave» where the locals drink and smoke, but they never have any problems with anybody that walks by. Sometimes they” even say«hello» and smile, and that’s not a weird creepy smile. It’s one of the few things I’ll miss about FP is this place. I only docked one star, because they don’t deliver to the Y, which is basically where you turn to get into PMC, and alas, I basically live at the Y. Bummer. I always recommend when people tell me they want pizza. PROS: everything ^^^ CONS: NODELIVERYTOTHE Y)))):

The pizza is good. They have decent beer selections. If it was updated a little, had less stains on the carpet and didn’t smell like burnt grease I’d given them a 5.

I’m living at the Motel 6 at Hwy 5 while I work at the bottom of the Grapevine. The front desk referred this place so I tried it. I love pizza — just a good pepperoni is my favorite. The Caveman pizza is really good and I’ve been back 5 times, once a week since I started staying here. Pepperoni and a Firestone 805.

Four stars because their prices. Pretty sure they’ve gone up quite a bit since I came here last year. :( Excellent pizza though, old school arcade games while you wait, pitchers and beer on tap. I make it a necessary stop when I am in town visiting a friend. Bacon Cheese Burger pizza — must try!

This is by far my FAVORITE pizza. When we moved up to PMC we discovered this little hidden gem and I am so glad we did. The food and I mean all of it is excellent! The staff really puts this place over the top though, they are so fun and friendly it makes the experience so fun and enjoyable. I love the outside dining and you just can’t beat amazing pizza, ice cold beer and the mountain weather and views.
