My company has moved me around a few times and after a bad I went with Aarons for some temporary furniture during a couple of moves.
My first experience wasn’t great (which is why I inky face 4 stars). The old management messed up my contact, messed up delivery and pick up dates. When returning one of several pieces of furniture the staff tried to pursue me into keeping it. When costing out my first contract I met the new management who are wonderful. They gave me no issues at all.
When my company moved me back to the area 4 months later and a couple days before Christmas I ran into Aaron’s and the new management even remembered me! They were very helpful and delivered me a couple of recliners on Christmas eve!
A few weeks later I lost my bed room to a fire. Called them and they got me a brand new bedroom set in a couple of days without me even having to go into the store. I don’t even have to call them very often but I have to and I say who I am they know me.
Now I’m ready to return everything they gave me no problems and are so very helpful. If I ever need anything in a pinch they will always get my business.
