The manager provided extremely POOR customer service today. We’ve been supporting and providing business since day 1 & I’ve recommended several friends to avail. Today I needed 6 low nicotine level Grandpa’s Choice liquids. The manager stated that they were making a transition and were out of several liquids. They had none of the lower nicotine levels and had only 1 of the 18mg nicotine liquids which is not what I wanted. I purchased it anyway. I asked if they could provide a free liquid once they got the liquids I needed back in. The gentleman helping me stated that he would give me 2 hole punches on my card for purchasing 1. I thought that was fair since I had driven from Ft. Detrick on my lunch hour. The manager undermined the employee and told him NO that he could not give me 2 hole punches. I will be taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word about today’s event.

Great shop with a good staff and selection. Prices are good. I’ve been going there for several months after trying many other shops and purchasing online. The staff has bee really helpful and exchanged tanks that failed without question. I’ve felt such a strong rapport with the staff that I’ve brought issues such as bottles that were not filled correctly to their attention. They welcomed the feedback and sent it to the management team. When I returned, they explain how my feedback was received and what they did to improve their process. I understand that nothing is perfect, however it’s how they handle the issues that really shows their true colors. You really can’t go wrong by stopping in.

Pros: The wide selection of juices they have in their stations are quite nice; staff was not super pushy while I was testing (nor tried to «upsell» me anything, and made some flavor suggestions I enjoyed after some conversation).
Cons: The tips used for the juices stations are oversized, so it’s difficult to get a good taste for the flavor; equipment is priced significantly higher than I can find at my hometown shop; was sold what I can only assume to be the bottle of juice they used for the sample station, as it ended up being ¾ as full as the other flavor I got (store would not exchange for another bottle).
Main point: 3 stars overall for selection; check the bottles being sold before paying. When losing ¼ of a $ 12 bottle, it adds up to a significant sum over an extended period.

This place is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable. But the real reason to go here is their e-juice stations.
They have something on the order of 45 different juices; just walk around the room and try whatever you want. I’m a big fan of their Sweetleaf, myself.
The fact is, I’m used to ordering most of my vape stuff online, where the prices are low. But Avail’s prices are actually very competitive, and I really appreciate being able to try a sampling of different flavors before I buy, and at my own leisure, without bothering the staff. This place is miles ahead of any other vape shop I’ve frequented.
