Bakar was amazing. He was referred to us by another plumber on Unilocal who was going out of town.
Our toilet and shower were backed up, and over the phone he immediately said he suspected there was a main sewer line clog.
He showed up within 2 hours and immediately diagnosed the problem and provided a fixed estimate. He immediately noticed that there was raw sewage right outside our door that had come up from the drain, which was, to put it mildly, quite unpleasant. Bakar went above and beyond and cleaned the area thoroughly, even though that’s not at all his responsibility (and please don’t expect this, but it was just an amazing gesture in general of his bias toward great customer service).
Although plumbing problems are certainly no fun, Bakar can be depended on to take the worry and consternation out of the equation and is an honest, trustworthy, and highly competent plumber and mechanic. I wholeheartedly recommend him based on this experience.
