Dollarz Up just opened in the space that was formerly occupied by a martial arts studio. I went to check it out because I needed shower curtain liners that I usually get from Dollar Tree. Sadly, they do not have liners but after I asked a staff member she said she’d add it to the customer request list they’re keeping. Since it’s brand new, the store is pristine. There isn’t a product out of place. The seasonal items are right up front so as soon as I walked in I grabbed a patriotic tinsel star to hang on the door for Independence Day. I also ended up with an emergency poncho to keep in my car, an «I heart Grandma» bib, and metallic ink pens that I love for greeting cards. Teachers will love the aisle full of school supplies including classroom decorations and reward stickers. For the Pinteresters, there’s an aisle of arts and crafts supplies. Since they’re all $ 1 the quality isn’t as nice as you’d find elsewhere but they’re certainly affordable for keeping kids entertained. They have everything else you’d expect from a dollar store, from kitchen to bath to baby supplies, as well as snacks. I love dollar stores so I’m really happy to have this store in my neighborhood!
