MNM is the best around and Rick is the man! I’ve been dealing with them for over 20 years and if you care about good service before and after the sale, look no further. I just purchased another guitar there the other day, happened to be a Taylor, and got a great deal. When I say deal, I mean value. Could I have saved a few bucks and bought online, possibly? But I know if I have a problem these guys will back me up. And in a few weeks after I have owned it, I can swing by for a free tune up. Will ebay do that for you?! Will they oil the neck or adjust the action before you take it home like MNM did for me? Good luck with that. In summary, for quality local sales and service, I highly recommend these guys.

The repairs I have no problem with. The counter person needs a lesson in TACT. He called the Guitar USED. Anybody that seen it would have known it was brand new. The repair had to be done TWICE as TAYLOR did not cut the bridge right. It was not level on the bottom. TAYLORS fault! My problem is not with Taylor or Make N Music. Taylor should have told me their policy before they had me drive 500 miles to get a repair that they wouldn’t cover. I had the repair done by a local luthier for 40 dollars compared to Taylors 400. The guitar is great now and I wouldn’t be afraid to buy another Taylor. But it would not be from Make N Music. The counter man is the one to avoid. His arrogance was unbelievable.
